She is kind, genuine in her comments, loves her work, and it shows in her customer interactions! Everybody loves the boots and I get compliments everytime I wear them

I wish they carried more wide boots for women in general as a store . However, Melissa was absolutely wonderful in helping me not feel absolutely ridiculous trying to find boots. She was able to help me find something gorgeous and comfortable.

Upon an online search my husband found a boot he wanted that was in stock at the boot barn. When we got there, we asked three employees that were talking to show us where the boot was. Without even getting the brand of boot they straight up said they didn't have it and the internet was lying about it being here. We went to look at the selection and immediately on the first shelf was the exact boot we came for. When the same employee came over we asked if it was in a different size and only after my husband asked him to check does he go see that they did in fact have the boot. Crazy part is these employees work on commission so why didn't anyone want to help us when we asked for help? We have a bad taste in our mouth about this experience.

Great customer service, great selection. Prices are alittle high, but worth it to get what you need in one quick stop.

Such a clean store and the inventory is always top notch, however today’s visit was not as pleasant as usual. There was about 5 staff members working, not one welcomed us in the store or even bothered to ask if there was anything specific we were looking for. Hoping next visit is different!
