Over all I had a really good experience with the people helping out in the boot section of the store , the guys were really nice besides when we got to the cashier the lady that attended she had long curly hair , tall ,chubby she didn’t greet us horrible costumer service she had attitude wasn’t really much help , credits to this tall guy with braces and he had on a Dark blue dress up shirt he spoke Spanish as well he was a lot of helped he checked up on us every once in a while

Ordered online fine. Pickup at store fine. Leaving store door hits wife in heel area opens up a 3-5inch cut on her leg, starts bleeding uncontrollably she is on blood thinners, the one employee who assisted gave her 2 paper towels a shrug of the shoulders and ent back inside.. They were the only employee she saw, now at ER getting stitches.

Stetsons for 139$ Adel the hatter was very helpful with sizing my hat. I had no clue 71/8 when it gets here he will shape it. Thank you Adel.pick up the boots for 139$ when I had the hat fitted 1 week later,

There's boots in those barns. People working there were super nice. They helped me pick out some boots. I didn't feel rushed, was able to browse at my own pace. Store was clean. I would've bought more but I'm on a budget. Nice quality stuff that equated to the price. Hey you deserve something nice so buy it.

Pretty good selection if you want brown boots, work boots, cowboy boots doesn’t matter all they have is brown but if you’re down for brown you’re set!  The employees are nice and helpful, and the prices are fair too much brown and not enough extra wide sizes

Ive always gone to Boot Barn for boots. However they really came through this time! I'm looking for a pair of boots for my wedding and the only store that had them was the Thronton location, which is far from where I live. The ladies there worked their magic and went above and beyond to get the boots to me, in time to try them on with my wedding dress! Thanks for saving the day!!

Boot Barn staff were extremely approachable and helpful.  I found my best fit and therefore my favorite boots there!

Pso update... Boot Barn after investigating the incident, paid for all medical services.

I haven't been there since it was Sheplers. I loved Sheplers. It seemed a lot cleaner less cluttered then boot barn. We couldn't walk a straight line to get anywhere. Never did find the Levi's. A couple of people we asked couldn't speak English or was faking it. IDK. It was very warm in there. I couldn't wait to leave.

Rude staff poor customer service. Unhelpful  Edit: went to the boot barn 9 minutes north in Thornton and got exactly what we needed! Spend the time and go to the Thornton store!
