My dad bought me a hat from here for my birthday the size was wrong so we went to exchange it. Instead of just swapping it out because it was the same hat just a different size also the same price they asked for every bit of info except my blood type and then told me I owed more money I told them it's the same price they said it was more so instead of arguing I just paid. So found out they gave my dad a military discount but when I exchanged the hat they charged me the price of that discount.

Went in to get work boots. They have a big selection for men. I found 1 pair that was size 7. When I asked the girl she showed me women's hiking boots. When I told her I was so disappointed and told her guess I’ll shop on line and she said ok or something like that. She should have said “ find a pair you like and we can see if we can order them in your size”. I would have spent $1000 bucks in there store. I am new here in Gilroy and have been trying to get there for a month.

Really Bad. Customer Service. Drove 40 miles to Store. In the middle of Nowhere. No Restroom for Customers. Wanted to Buy a Few Items. NO one asked me if I need Help. Really BAD customer Service. Was in store for 20 minutes. Going somewhere else.

Just don't buy the Cody James boots. The heels come apart within 90 days and boot barn will not allow exchanges or partial store credit after 30 days.

I got my first cowgirl boots!! And I absolutely love them. Good customer service. Plenty of clothes and jewelry to choose from. All western style of course. And so many choices of boots! Just remember your paying a good price and better leather for these boots. Especially if you want to get your moneys worth. This store is it.

Huge selection in this store. We found exactly what we were looking for: a cowboy hat in an odd size. Then, did a little impulse shopping for some turquoise necklaces. Customer Service was quick and efficient. Great store, over all.

Just ordered a pair of boots in store and online. A few hiccups trying to get products. I'll update once orders are received. Very nice clean store with a lot of selection. UPDATE: Received my transfer order very quickly. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend Update: store transfer order was very quick! Store staff very helpful in resolving online ordering issues. Very easy return in-store. Highly recommend.
