Boot Barn

Derrick was great help with the boots and the ASM Hannah was a great help with the pants and checkout. I could be wrong but the store manager is the type of person that is happy to tell the customer no. Hannah, made this 4 star review a 5 star. Thank you Hannah and Derrick.

What a great store! If you're looking for boots they have more than you ever knew existed, well more than I do anyway. Work boots cowboy boots. Boots you name it. They got it. But they've got a lot more than that. Lots of work clothes and overalls and hats and stuff that work and folks need on the daily basis. Staff's pretty cool too.

Extremely bad customer service during purchase but I thought it’s a holiday season it’s okay and all kind of none sense when you wanna return due to a defect after only 3 days with receipt in hand and their shopping bag and sticker in the bag asking for an exchange. They get the cake for worse customer service I have ever experienced. Manager Jen uninformed of their own return or exchange policy but she expects me to know. I can’t believe store like this still in business. I will never return here and buy my stuff on line.

Had the worst experience at boot barn even though we were struggling to find certain items in the store, the young ladies that work there would ignoring and googling and talking about what they did on there weekend instead of helping customers out, and would not help us out at all. When paying they asked if anyone helped us, and I proceeded to say no and the cashier said well, well we will just put whoever’s was covering the floor to give her credit. The worst customer service will not be returning

Went to pick my order and I wasn’t greeted when entered the store. As I was talking to one of the girls about my order she completely ignored me and didn’t bother to even look at me, she just sent someone else to get my packages. The whole staff was together just talking to each other at the registers. This is one my favorite stores, it was a very unpleasant situation.

This was my first time ever going into a boot barn. The store was organized and clean and an associate helped me right away. I was kind of clueless about purchasing steel toed shoes as this was the first time I needed them. I am in HR and will be visiting production facilities and was looking for some thing that wasn’t your typical looking steel toed boot. The associate showed me the different options of dishes and asked for my preferences. The whole experience was an easy shopping trip. My company also provides $100 vouchers towards the booths and that was processed without an issue. Overall this was a really great experience.

Busiest boot barn I've ever been to. And the lady we asked for help, wasn't very helpful at first.

Great and colorful selection. Sales Associates were on hand & helpful. Check out was very slow and managers seemed a little out of place and slow to jump in and help at the registers - although, when I finally got there he did extend an expired promo for me I will be back.

Love this Place Surprised they had no leather jackets

Staff is confused & stressed. The line /checkout system / online pick up is very disorganized. Managers are in the back while a circus is going on in the front. Save your sanity and ship your online order directly to your house. I would pay shipping 300 times to avoid stepping foot in this location ever again.
