Boot Barn

Just came from there. Sorry, didn't take pictures of the establishment. They are currently under construction, but they are open. Still a variety of work boots and cowboy boots. Just picked up some work boots for my husband and some Corral boots for myself. Staff is always really nice, professional and willing to help. Which you might need right know since they are under construction and are working with limited space. They also carry a variety of clothing and accessories for both men and women. Oh, and I just discovered they also carry boots for kids, but not a huge selection.

Normal guy here, don’t write a lot of reviews. Worst place I’ve bought boots at because: -No workers walking around to offer any insight, just grouping together and laughing. -Offered to apply discounts only if I created a membership. -Was excited to hear they offer a military discount, but it wasn’t applied at point of sale. -When I walked back into the store to ask about the missing discount, the cashier didn’t address my concerns at all. Overall, just a sad group of employees really…

Unless you're into redneck Garth Brooks cowboy boots, go elsewhere. Rude unhelpful staff, store is crowded with a bunch of cheeseball clothing and pretty boy cowboy hats, with the actual boots all the way in the back of the building. The small selection of work boots they did have in stock were either kid sized or 15 wide lol, and overpriced. I waited patiently because it was busy, and finally ordered some boots and paid, was told they'd arrive in a week. 10 days later, no call, no update. And the phone just rings when I call. Never again. One star because one girl was helpful with calling other stores to order. Otherwise, zero stars.

They are friendly, my fiancé comes there a few times for bought a boot work. He loved it and for the first time, I bought a native braces wrist. So seriously I am so falling in love with it! That is what I've looked for in native braces wrists or necklaces for years.

They expanded and it so much bigger and better. The staff is always friendly. Great place to shop for work gear and going out on the town.

Nice place for work boots and western footwear staff is very friendly. Only problem i have is most of the western boots dont have a wide size but they can order them for you. Got a nice levi belt from here

I have mixed feelings about this place, they put me on hold when I called about and order, kept me on for five minutes, asked me why I called, kept me on another five then hung up on me. When I went in, the store was nice and stocked well, plenty of staff I don't know why they couldn't help me but helped me right away in person and I was happy with my purchase.

genuine American cowboy clothes, excellent quality and a lot of variety

The return policy is backwards! How am I supposed to walk in the boot on the carpet and predict how they feel when I work in them all day. I have worn the boots at work for 3 days and they are horrible and I have worn them I can't return them. If you work on your feet don't buy Justin ASTMF2413-18.

Lots of choices in work boots . They also have wide sizes . I got some hawx with the little bubble on the inside . The orange on the bottle came off in about a week . Bubble on the inside is flat and no longer pumps air . Never really did . Do not recommend . But I do recommend boot barn . They have a large selection
