Booth Park is the southernmost of the "String of Six Parks" Kingsland, Memorial 3 2 and 1, Yanticaw, and Booth, and is probably the most scantily equipped of all. It has simply a walking path, and a minimalist playground, with fewer benches than the others. The walking trail does have one distinction though; it is part of what is known as the Lenape Trail, a 36+ mile nationally recognized hiking trail, that traverses 18 parks over 11 towns in Essex County in an arc from South Mountain to Branch Brook. Playground: Small enclosed playground. Has jungle gym, slides, and swings. Restrooms: None available Dog-friendliness: Dogs not allowed in playground. Throughout rest of the park, all dogs must be kept leashed and cleaned up after. Picnic area: None available.
This is one of the greatest parks in Nutley, NJ along with the other parks in the town. They have great activities like fishing, walking, and playgrounds for the locals. The nature of the Booth Park is just like the nature's beauties of Yanticaw Park and Kingsland Park. Playground: Great playground. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome.
It's a very nice local park. The leaves have turned and it looks wonderful. Offers a wonderful set of walking trails along the river.
Gets pretty muddy after it rains, but puppy doesn't mind. Nice place to walk the dog.
Beautiful park to run in this neighborhood
