Border City Car Wash

Took my quarters, so then inserted a 5 to use vacuum. As I began to vacuum the top attachment came off of the hose. I contacted the number online to get a refund. Now it says it’s not a working number. I also messaged the neighboring grill that said they would pass along the message. 6 dollars down the drain as I have heard nothing. I will take my business elsewhere. Not a shortage of car washes in this area.Service: Vacuuming

Paid for “softTouch” at 15$… got 4$ in change and it did not run. Called ownerhe answered then was clearing throat and hung up. Went to unit next to it”touch free” nothing here works!!! Save your money and the headache you will develop. 1/100th of a star.

The car wash is fine. I like using the self wash. But the vacuum isn't the fragrance never works and the coin slot seems to just take my money

I paid for the undercarriage wash in the soft touch bay but it doesn’t appear that car wash has that ability or it’s extremely weak. Normally I can feel jets getting all the salt out from underneath the car by spraying up. Then the car was not rinsed enough there’s still soap all over it and the dryer did not dry it at all.

Scam business. Paid for an ultimate wash. It took my money but the wash never activated. No number anywhere to call. Unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

OMG, the vacuum hose broke, 3 dollars to wash, another customer was having it worse than me. Thanks, but I won't be back. P.S. I've been to car washes all over America, I'll give 4 out of 10 with 10 being the best.

Soapy as always at the self wash, fluids seem to always load fast thru the guns there. Clean in the bays and the scrub sticks work well, no grease on them. Vacuums work good and almost always clean around them. Never a hassle to get in though it always seems busy.Service: Vacuuming

Cleaned car great but for the drying aspect, it lacks alot. I had to use wipers to see to get out of car wash.....dryer isn't working properly

Beware! Stoped in for a casual car wash and the "soft touch" car wash damaged my car. The top brush ran across my roof and caught my roof rack the machine did not have any safety mechanism stop and forced its way straight past my roof rack snapping it off my car. I called the emergency number and was assisted immediately. The car wash claims they are not responsible for damages and says there is a sign posted. But also claims multiple vehicles have made the same mistake and suffered similar damage, yet it dosent seem like this bussiness has made any effort to resolve this issue that clearly keeps repeating itself. Very dissapointed with how the situation was handled, will not return.

Omg best carwash EVER!!! I went on Monday for a well overdue wash & just figured it would be like all the other, which usually leaves my car half washed, cat prints still on the hood, dirt still on the bumper, etc etc. Definitely not with this carwash! My car has never been cleaner & days later it looks like I just washed it & I have done a lot of traveling over the holiday week!!!! I definitely recommend checking out Border City Car Wash, you won't be disappointed!!!!
