Borland Groover at Wells Road Orange Park outdid it. From front desk staff, to Pre operative staff, to the Operative/Procedure staff to recovery staff are sooo very nice and very professional. They took care of me very well. Facility was very clean and nice. If there is 10 stars here, i will gladly put that extra 5 star to it. Thank you very much to Dr. Roychowdhury as well for taking care of me and took my fears away. I would highly recommend this facility. Kudos to all the entire staff!!
Dr. Michael Herman and staff was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Herman. These people are extremely professional, knowledgeable, fast, courteous, helpful, and caring. They went over and beyond what is expected to be sure that all of your questions were answered and easily understood. If I could give them a six I would they deserve it. I will return to this gastroenterologist for all my gastroenterology needs. I greatly appreciate Dr. Michael Herman and all his staff.
No one knows about insurance. I was told twice that someone would talk to me about insurance — and no one did. I got my insurance carrier to call their offices to confirm coverage and even THEY couldn’t get anyone who can actually confirm it! Being told “oh yeah — someone will flesh it out _BEFORE_ the procedure” is the dumbest thing ever. They’ll tell you that you’re not covered ON THE DAY of the procedure?? What, so if you’re not covered — you’ll have cancellation fees to incur? Or, if you have something that’s serious — you have no choice but to accept and pay full — instead of being able to shop elsewhere? You know the saying — if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…
The staff here at the facility is top notch. They made the process very simple from start to finish. I loved being able to joke with them, I truly appreciated the.
PCP referred me here and NO ONE has ever called me to schedule. They sent me a text msg to sign up for a patient portal and make an appt which I tried to do and can’t because it says the provider I chose is unavailable. Why does no one from the office just simply call and schedule the appt?? I am definitely not calling their office. It’s their job to call. I work in healthcare and I know how referrals work. This place just simply has LAZY EMPLOYEES…..
Dr. Vikas Patel, nurse Scott, anesthesiologist Charlie and all the other staff were wonderful! Eased my fears and made me very comfortable.
Borland Grover is my GO-TO when it comes to colonoscopy! THIS team here....OUTSTANDING!!! From admission to my exit, EVERYONE was very professional, friendly, caring, concerning and made me feel like my health concerns and comfort was their TOP PRIORITY! They even called first thing this morning to make sure I was ok! I will return EVERY 10 years! Kudos to Borland Grover for hiring such a DYNAMIC TEAM!
