I always spend way too much money here but to be honest the range of selection is so vast it would be difficult not to. But my mom and I had a wonderful experience the other day with an associate, I wish I could remember her name. She took her time ringing us up, and congratulated me on my new home. She was so personable and I definitely am thankful for all her help!
Best shopping experience ever! So many great prices and this store has everything! It is neat and clean. The employees were helpful and all had smiles. It's great to see real people check you out not some computer. I'll be back!
One of my favorite places to bargain hunt. I've found a lot of great things on the clearance racks here and even when I shop from the normal ones it's always less expensive than I expect. Great store.
I had to purchase a full bed due to spinal surgeries and upcoming knee replacement..Ms. Karen McKee went out of her way to meet my needs.. she is a fantastic employee for boscov's. I shopped for family gifts for Christmas, each department clerk was great
Love the clothes here, I use my coupons for a discount all the time. I like that it is not attached to mall which makes it better to get in/out.. Great shops near by too.
Love the place. It has alot of selections and the prices are low also they have Clarence. Is awesome. I recommend to anyone and my friends and family.
Love it, get my lucrative military discount. I must say it's commendable that amongst the top 4 big department stores Boscov is the only one that honors military with a good discount.
First of all, Boscovs is my go-to for everything! I went there today to return some clothing that didn't fit. The first issue is I don't have a physical Boscovs charge card I use my ID and my charge is "in the mail" for 2 yrs I also left the receipt at my mom's in another state... GARRY was at the register in the men's department and when I tell you this man has the patience of a Saint I'm not exaggerating, he started the return but we weren't sure if I was receiving the sale price or price paid, he then called customer service was on the phone for 15 mins just to do the return and get the same total and he did it with a smile! I was irritated and wanted to give up but he got us thru it. GARRY YOUR A ROCKSTAR, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!
The staff there is very pleasant I've never had a bad experience with not one employee they always go above and beyond the call of duty to do their best and I appreciate them very much I appreciate you and the sales that you have and everything that takes place of us go you go in there for one thing and you come out with the whole store so don't go there if you're not planning on shopping because you have to shop
I don't come here too often but I decided to come in here to see if I could find a purple like shoe. To my surprise I found the perfect pair of shoes to wear with my purple dress. It was a great find for only $19.99.
