It's nice to have an old school department store still open, especially with the big competition just down the road. They're offering great deals and items that aren't offered elsewhere.
I love this boscov's because it's a decent size but not overwhelming. Also they seem to send all the merchandise they can't sell in the other stores here. So when clearances are going on ..this store always has the best pick. Plus I agree boscov's always has great sales. They just need enough employees on when they have their one day shoe sale. Buy one get one 1.99. Pull out your phone calculator and do the math ...they really do come ot cheaper than the standard "on sale" prices.
If I can describe in one word I would. I like shopping at this place but today I felt so blah. There was no courtesy with us. You know how many times they called so we can get help for the department of suit for men area and no one show up. It was the first time I felt this uncomfortable not even a thank you. NOTHING and we are in christmas season were people are supoose to be nice.
First time to this Boscovs , we loved it , great sales on everything . I went here to buy my granddaughter clothes , she is to arrive on May 12th , she will be the best dressed baby . LOL We are going back to this Boscovs again real soon .
I don't know why Boscov's didn't bring back the Greenery in their locations after the pandemic. They were fantastic. I would like to order the coconut cream pie. Can you supply a contact and phone so I can make that purchase or can I purchase through Boscovs?
Not the store it use to be. Lots of clutter, no help to be found trying to find what we were looking for. They should hire people and make sure they know how to merchandise the store. It used to be stunning in this store now it’s just looking run down
I purchased BOSE speakers years ago at Boscovs at which time I also purchased a lifetime warranty through Boscovs to repair or replace if repairs could not be made. The speakers are not functioning correctly so I contacted Hazleton Boscovs. I was told that Boscovs no longer carries these speakers and that basically they would not be able to help me. This is very poor customer service by upper management at Boscovs as local management attempted to assist. I was told to contact BOSE directly when in fact this was a Boscovs warranty I paid for, not a BOSE warranty. I paid over $350 for the speakers and over $140.00 for the warranty to be left with speakers that do not work because Boscovs do not stand up to the products they sell and do not honor a warranty that they offered, not me. Spend your money at a reputable company, not one that goes back on their policies and guarantees!
Basically this store, or any Boscovs I've visited never changes. Honestly can't believe they're still in business. Hard to find anyone, a lot of sections of clothes are crammed together, no real organization, except by designer. I don't want to walk around for 10 min looking for a polo.

This store has it all. I really recommend this store because of the prices and you pretty much can find everything in a good price.
