Nice and friendly salespeople. Need to be more upfront on sale bar.speakers, highly suggest the woofer but it doubles the price at checkout. After purchase, a buyer will find it hard to do set up even though the product has all necessary equipment. In my case, I had to buy a current model TV to use ARC for the soundbar to really perform as I heard it on the sales floor. Ask questions...this is pricey investment. Worth every dollar but there are comparable competitors, shh...Best Buy has it..

Hostile atmosphere, sales staff that only want to sell to people who are already deaf, they keep the bass so over loud I could feel it in my bones, volume so high on everything. I couldn't hear them talk unless they yelled, yet they kept on all the random speakers no one was watching which were already too loud. They all but refused to even talk to me about their products.
Bose products are always great! The sales guys are fairly curteous when you are there in the store. However after having selling for Thanks Giving, Black Friday the sales guys get exhausted and forget being curteous.
Was there to troubleshoot a problem but was told to update Bluetooth earphone even before checking my problem. Their computer was down and so I had to go home and do it myself. It turns out my set is already up to date. I have to return next day. Once I told them the software is already undated, they proceed to verify purchase and solved my problem. Be sure to update your Bluetooth headset before visiting Bose outlet. That will save you a return trip.
I had a problem with my Bose Quitecontrol 30 headset which I use for my daily work attending calls 12+ hours a day. Took it to the store location at Great Mall. I had lost the original receipt which had extended warranty details but had the original box and everything. But, Shahid at this store helped me. He is a fantastic person, understood my problem and the extra time it would take to process warranty etc if i were to do it on my own given the Pandemic situation. Resolved it then and there at the the store. Shahid personifies 5star customer service ! Bose is a great company as is, but it’s people like Shahid who bring the customers and keep them happy ! Shout out to Bose and Shahid ! Thanks a lot !

Excellent personal attention and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with two Soundlink Revolve went to the store I bought them and Alfred was kind enough to do all the needed troubleshooting until the issue was fixed.
