Bose

I went to the Williamsburg Bose store because my local one had shut down. I have been having problems with my SoundLink Mini II with not turning on. We had returned it once already and it was fixed, but it did it again. I took the device to Williamsburg and was helped by Adam. He was extremely personable and replaced the device as there was something definitely wrong with it. It was very pain free and at no time did I feel that they thought we did anything wrong with the device. Adam and the other guys were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend purchasing from this location and will always go there. Honestly, I was done with Bose after returning this item once already and it not being fixed. However, after this experience with Adam, I am back on the Bose bandwagon!! Thanks!!

I couldn't test a couple of the wireless headsets because they didn't have a setup that kept the batteries charged, and they were dead, so I couldn't test them. Also, I expected cheaper prices from an outlet store. But, the only savings were from them being refurbished. Overall, not impressed. Gives a less than quality feel from a company that prides themselves in their quality.

I came to the bose store planning to spend some money. I was on vacation so I have not shaved for several days, I am disabled veteran. When I answered the store one of the employees look directly at me and went back to dusting. Another gentleman and to the store and the girl went straight to him and started demonstrating product. I inquired to another employee about the girls name and I was told it was Jackie as an interrupted Jackie and told her how rude she had been to me. You cannot judge a person on appearance alone we have money to spend also

I come to this location when I'm in the area and always love the up beat staff. I personally didn't buy the headphones from them recently but one of the employees convinced me that I wanted to purchase the QC35's. Always so knowledgable which is what you expect!
