My name is Dessire Armstrong. I am owner of Boss Health Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Boss Health has been a long time in the making. Many thanks to all who have helped me on this journey.
I am a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and an Associate of Science in Biology of Aging. I have been an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer since March 2011 and earned my Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification in 2016. I have worked clinical nutrition, as well as corperate nutrition, but have finally found my passion woking with athletes of all types and ages at
Boss Health.
Boss Health is located at 2446 Industrial Blvd. We are a private personal training studio as well as a nutrition coaching business that are partnered with Train Elevate. As your Nutrition Coach, I use my years of field experience, latest research, and professional meal planning software to help you reach your health goals. Meal plans are not only customized, but also include recipes, shopping lists, and multiple guides to keep you on track.
I know you believe fitness is important, but did you know that the combination of proper nutrition and exercise is exponentially more effective than exercise alone? I offer one-on-one personal training in a private studio setting, as well as nutrition coaching. We can meet as much or as little as you need to be successful.
