At BPSTIL students learn how to combine academic skills learned in the classroom with practical experience in shop/workplace settings.
It is with great pride that I present the Bossier Parish School for Technology and Innovative Learning (BPSTIL). This innovative technical school provides many options for the students of our Bossier Parish high schools that include meeting employers’ needs through industry-based certifications and preparing students for post-secondary options through our dual enrollment options with Louisiana Technical College (LTC) and Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC). Our teachers bring their vast knowledge and experience of the various technical fields in which they have trained and worked to our students in a real-world work environment. BPSTIL not only focuses on the technical skills students will need to succeed in college or a career, but the soft skills that will assist them with being able to navigate the world in which they live and work. I encourage you to take advantage of the opportunities that can be found at BPSTIL, whether you want to pursue a field of study for a career or just learn more about a subject for the fun of it. Either way, you will enjoy your experience at BPSTIL.
The mission of Bossier Parish School for Innovative Learning is to provide meaningful electives that would allow high school students to become college and career ready in order to provide a better skilled workforce for business and industry.
