I can’t recommend this facility more highly. I was very nervous about my routine procedure, but absolutely everyone was kind, cheerful, and informed. The nurses were amazing, the anesthesiologist took time to go through my record and answer my concerns, and the doctor was both warm and consummately professional. I was called in perfectly on time and finished ahead of schedule. From start to finish, this was an example of the absolutely best in medical care.
I had an amazing experience at the Boston Endoscopy Center. All the staff worked there are professional and helpful. From the beginning of my service at the reception I felt really welcomed. The nurses, my anesthetist gave me all the support, clarifying my doubts and explaining how the whole procedure would be. They made me feel really calm. Doctor Fine, he is extraordinary, he genuinely cares about the patient. Thank you so much.
I had a great experience — and I never thought I’d say that about a colonoscopy! I’m not talking about the prep, of course, although the B-l nurses answered my questions and addressed my concerns helpfully. At the center, every staff person I encountered was caring, thoughtful, attentive and professional. It couldn’t have been better. I felt I was in excellent hands and was remarkably comfortable throughout. I highly recommend the Boston Endoscopy Center.
The procedure went smoothly, and that’s what’s most important, but I do have a few gripes. There was a person in the procedure room who didn’t have their mask over their nose. The gurneys are uncomfortable to lie in, since they bend too far down, pushing you to have your feet dangle off the end. And this was compounded by the long wait time while in the gurney. But they do their best to accommodate you with what they have.
Peggy, Betsy,Karen ,Theresa and all the staff and Dr Lee are the best. They were very caring and professional. Thank you for always making my every five year visits easy! Make your very important appointment today!! BEC is the best place to go! Thank you all so much
Had a procedure today - every single person I interacted with was fantastic. Patient, friendly, answered all of my questions. Great medical care and top notch customer service. A big thank you to all!
The staff, nurses and doctors were all outstanding! They made me feel so comfortable and assured that there was none of the typical “pre-procedure anxiety” that always seems to be present. I definitely recommend this facility highly!! Lastly, when your doctor says it’s colonoscopy time, do it!!!! It’s really nothing…..and it’s important!
Prep , procedure and recovery went absolutely perfect! Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Was nervous going in for the first time but the nurses were great and Doc gave me results while I was in recovery. Thank you!
The Boston Endoscopy center is really the best place for a colonoscopy! The nurses are incredibly caring and made me feel extremely comfortable before and after my procedure. The doctor explained everything before and after. They made me feel so at ease with the whole process. Thank you all!
Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. from the front desk staff to the nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor, everyone made me feel so safe and secure. It was a good experience. I have no regrets.
