Great way to return home from Logan Airport after your trip. Friendly, helpful driver, and comfortable seating. I have used this service multiple times and can recommend it.
Low prices, especially for round trips, senior citizens, and children. Free parking for up to 3 weeks. Super-close free parking for up to 20 minutes. Modern stations, modern buses, and friendly staff. Reliable schedule.
An easy cheaper alternative to parking at Logan. The busses are very comfortable - foot rest, reclining seat, chargers, and nicely spaced cushioned seats. There is even a bathroom on board. And the schedule is pretty on point too. On the way down, the bus arrived at Logan at the exact time the schedule said it would. The bus was also pretty empty so selectinf a seat was easy. But on the way back to Londonderry we had to take the last bus which was at 950pm, and it was a tad worrying since it's the last bus, but it worked out well. it was about 10min late but you know Boston traffic. This time it was weirdly packed, luckily we found a couple seats but I didn't expect it to be so full. You must know what bus you're looking for because some are labeled "Boston Express" while the one we took back is "concord coach lines". You'll know what bus to look for by looking at the schedule. I would definitely use this service again as it's cheaper, reliable, less stressful and comfortable.
Normally I love these guys. Its literally how I get back forth to NH and Boston. But the driver yesterday really destroyed my day yesterday. I was getting my water out from under the machine and I was a step behind every one else. I walked out the door atn530 and 30nseconds, I looked at my watch as he waved me off and drove away. He refused to stop and let me on. I ended up missing my bus. I get that he's got a schedule, but it's not like I had t been waiting there the last 2 hours I wasn't even minute late
After using several alternatives for getting to Boston Logan over the years, I figured the bus was worth a try. I was a little worried by the "ticket doesn't guarantee a seat" disclaimer, especially when you have a flight to catch but everything worked out fine both there and back.
Easy peasy, Londonderry to Logan no issues. Took 3:45 am bus, glad I was early, there was large line at 3:15 am and bus was full by departure.
Cant say enough ,sounds funny but true ,on time ,clean ,cool , and the driver was excellent worth every dollar spent took car too park and ride cant beat it
Just discovered this option for getting to Logan and I was impressed. Very affordable, and fast. $35 RT with free long term parking. Departs on time, arrived on time. There's a scale in the terminal at exit 5 Londonderry to weigh your bags, if >50lbs, you'll need a heavy tag. One draw back, it only runs from Logan back to Londonderry from 6:25 am to 9:50 pm. If your return flight arrives outside of these times, be prepared, the shuttle may not be your best option after all. Also the bus may be crowded, do not take up two seats with your bags when you get on the bus. It's bad etiquette and will make you appear rude. Put your stuff in your lap until everyone is on the bus. There is space underneath the bus for your carry on bags and the driver gets them out quickly at each stop.
It's a good, clean, and reliable bus. Prices have gone up a bit, but still a good deal and runs on time.
Helpful and pleasant staff. Large comfortable waiting area.
