Requested a no frills cut. In and out Due to a few concerns beyond covid .. . Superb results. My hair was 4 haircuts behind. If. Someone else had an hour, the cut could not have been better. The owner was my stylist that day. Thank you Boston hair

They were able to take me as a walk-in and the stylist listened to what I wanted and made reasonable suggestions based on my hair type. My hair is notoriously difficult to style but she managed to get it right. The pricing wasn't clear and I paid a small bit more than expected but it was still reasonable considering i got a good blow out after my cut. I will patronise this business again.

The people were curt and outright rude. They paid little attention to their customers, which was surprising seeing as they had only two others that morning and once I told them I wanted only my bangs trimmed they were very short with me and did not even let me finish my sentence to explain what I wanted to have done. The hair-cutting itself was very sloppy and quick. The entire experience took little more than a minute and in the end my bangs came out choppy, uneven, and WAY too short. I was not allowed a word in edge-wise while my hair was being cut, otherwise I would have told them they were cutting my hair too short. Afterward I did not receive a single word or smile from the woman cutting my hair, instead she proceeded to the counter without a word and quickly took care of my transaction. I walked out feeling neglected and VERY unsatisfied with the end result. In fact, I drove to Falmouth and had the nice people at Super-Cuts clean up Boston Hair's over-priced botched job. I will not be returning to Boston Hair again. The extra time and gas it takes to drive to Falmouth is well worth it. Not only are the people much nicer at Super-Cuts, but they really take care of their clients and listen to what they want their hair to look like. I don't get my hair cut often, but when I do, I want it to be done properly. Boston Hair did a poor job and could not even cut my bangs in a simple, straight, clean line. My experience was absolutely inadequate and my advice to anyone thinking about saving some time and just going to Boston Hair because it is close is to just put the time in to drive to somewhere you know you are going to get good service and not to waste your time and your money at Boston Hair.

Horrible service never go back didnt get the highlights the color or thickness I desired I shower a picture and it looks nothing like it I was not happy at all. I know it will never be identical especially with my curly hair but should be close

Very happy with my haircut the lady was professional and friendly and the price was great.

They cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and told me if I wanted it shorter to come back and they'd shorten it at no charge. :
