Very tasty prime rib. Lot of restaurants can’t seem to get the prime rib right, but!! Looks like Boston Market did
This location is the best! The food is great. Always fresh and served with a smile. The main reason I continue to come back to this location is the staff. They are so sweet and kind. They make me feel so welcome with their warm greetings and cheerful attitudes. And to make me feel very special, they know my order as I walk through the doors. That is what makes this location great. The employees are wonderful. I am highly satisfied and highly impressed. Thank you so much for the amazing service and happy smiles. You all make a bad day better. : Take care
Got Thanksgiving dinner to go. They were struggling working on a Holiday and getting out orders all night. They deserve the 5 stars, they remained friendly while people yelled at them and were as efficient as any restaurant could be on a Holiday during a public health crisis. The food was great, especially the Turkey. We will certainly make the drive to return and if they’re doing Christmas meals will order again.
The service was good, but their pricing seems high versus other Boston Markets. It could be that I haven't been to Boston Market in a while. My food tasted old like it had been sitting there for a while. It was slow and about an hour before closing so I guess they decided not to prep fresh sides. I was disappointed to the point where I won't be going back any time soon.
The staff here is really well trained in customer service and for being "fast food" the quality is really great. If you dine in, you get actual metal silverware and plate which is a really nice touch. They also come clean up after you're finished eating. So it's a really great fast/casual dining experience.
Despite being a slow Sunday afternoon the dining area was filthy and littered with empty plates.
I hadn't been in a while and when I saw the prime rib meal I thought I'd try it. It was a mistake. The meat was very dry and made edible only with the help of the au jus. The seasoning was tasty on the outer edges. The sides were as usual excellent. I was given a steak knife but had to go back to the counter for the rest of the utensils. The ice tea machine had an odd flavor as well. Not the best visit.
We had not been to Boston Market in a while. My daughter had the half chicken meal and she said it was good. I had the chicken pot pie. Unfortunately it was probably on the warmer for too long and it was pretty dried out. I probably should have asked for another one, but I didn't, and that was probably my fault.
Really good food and service. The potatoes with bacon and cheddar are amazing. I'd almost go just for that. One thing is that they didn't give me silverware or napkins with my to-go order. Luckily I was taking it straight home.
Today is my 2nd visit to this location, the food is so delicious. The Brussel sprouts are the best i have ever tasted. I had to come back today for more. Kudos to whoever made them.
