The staffing issue with this location is outrageous. I waited over half hour in line earlier to order. Its like this every week. The two gentlemen in the front were doing the best they can, they were very nice but the line was seriously out the door. Boston Market you have to work on hiring more staff. This is not good for service especially when some of us have a limited time for lunch.
This location never seems busy, but the food is fresh and the people working are nice. The beverage machines were broken when I visited last, so water or bottled drinks were the only choice. Their prices are reasonable, and portions are adequate. They need to keep the dining area bussed as they dont have a place to do it yourself, and several times when I have gone, too many tables were not cleared.
The food is good as to be expected and the location was clean but what makes this location shine is the wonderful staff. My family and I were pleased to see how attentive the staff was, the service was that of a four star restaurant. Yvonne B and Adrian stood out for great service. Will gladly visit again.
Took a while to get my cornbread. Other then that it was epic.
I patronized the Boston Market on High Ridge Road using one of their BOGO deals which I receive via email. For the second time they messed up my order and we came out shortchanged. I ordered two half chicken dinners on two occasions. They gave me one half chicken and one quarter chicken. They deducted the cheaper dinner. I should have noticed one dinner looked smaller than the other but I didn’t. The first time it happened I called them and got a nasty little girl on the phone who insisted I came out ahead. The second time I made sure I checked my receipt while I was in the restaurant and got the difference back but the order was still wrong because it was a quarter chicken not half and I didn’t get what I paid for. Is it so difficult to get this right? So annoying to have to scrutinize them!
Standard Boston Market food in a convient location. Lots of complaints from other patrons posted but we found the staff accommodating. I guess my expectations at a fast food place are simple ... fast food served pleasantly... they delivered.
We went to this place, food was ok but the service was awful, I mean the girl at the register was the rudest girl. This place was the worst I will not go back and I will suggest to you that if you don't want to go through the same thing, avoid this place, by going to a different location or somewhere else. We entered this place as happy as can be and we got out with a sad face.
I placed an order for Thanksgiving day , and the only person helpful there was Derek not sure about the spelling . He was the GM and he was very helpful even tho it's the busiest time of the year there . The food is delicious too . I would recommend more training for the ladies who work there , to show more positivity at the counter even if they are having a bad day . I work in the same industry and I haven't seen people having such a bad day , every day . The 5 stars is for Derek the GM
Definitely order through the website because the line can get long. But for quick comfort food it is a good option to have. Food is tasty for the most part. Staff is ok.
This Boston Market is always clean and the food is good. I recommend ordering through their website so you don't have to wait in line.
