Great experience all around in getting my older iPad with a cracked screen repaired. Great communication in getting an estimate and setting up an appointment, ready for me right when I walked through the door, and repair was finished ahead of time. When I later emailed that there was an issue, they got me in the next business day and fixed it. Feels like new again.
Fast, professional, and very reasonable. I came in because my recently installed touch screen had stopped working intermittently. I was slightly past the 30 days on the initial warranty, but he installed a new one at no cost and gave me 30 more days on the warranty, which I wasn’t expecting at all!
They fixed the charging port on my daughter iPhone a few months ago and it works great. Then this Saturday when she dropped and shattered part of her Samsung phone I packed up my crying 12 year old and we rushed here in the hopes they could save all her contacts and pictures on the messed up device. They were SO sweet with her. We got the phone back only 2 days later and it is in even better shape then it was before the smash. This is my GO TO PLACE. They are amazing!!!!
Got my screen fixed here, a month later the pixels all died. Decided to fix it myself this time around. Inside I saw that they didn't reglue it and that a camera shroud was missing. They'll do a quick fix, but not the cleanest

Valentino is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond for his clientele. I cracked the screen of my somewhat rarer phone such that he needed to special order parts for it. Communication was timely, consistent, and always helpful. He took great care to advise me that the fingerprint sensor on my phone may not work as well as it previously did after the replacement so I knew just what I was getting into. When I went in to get my phone repaired, he was as chill and pleasant a guy as you'd ever hope to meet and even gave me a breakfast recommendation so I didn't have to starve while waiting s/o Bloc Cafe. Beyond all of that, Valentino helped me grapple with the insurance company I use to cover my phone, fielding phone calls from them and providing me with extra documentation to ensure they would honor my claim for reimbursement. Most importantly, my phone looks good as new and the fingerprint sensor is working just fine. As long as I live in this area, this is the only place I'll go for phone repairs.
Valentino was a total superhero, and was able to temporarily give my device a working screen so I could transfer my data to my replacement phone. Super easy setup for the appointment too!
cracked my iphone screen twice now and both times I came here for a repair and couldn't have had a better experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable and the repair only took 20 minutes. The second time I got a screen protector to hopefully prevent this in the future and they installed that for me as well. Felt the pricing is great too!
Contacted about problems with my Galaxy S10 getting stuck in a bootloop. Valentino was super responsive and transparent regarding pricing and options for repair vs data recovery. It ended up needing two rounds of fixes to get it up and running so that I could transfer all my data but it was a fast turnaround each fix was done within a day of contact. I'm extremely grateful for how communicative Valentino was throughout the process.
