BREC is a great company with luxury apartments and townhouses available in the South End and other neighborhoods in Boston. Their units are of much better quality than an average rental in Boston. They work with talented developers who renovate properties with luxury interior finishes while preserving the exterior of historic buildings. Other units are brand new construction. Their property management division is responsive and professional. I highly recommend them and their office is local in the South End.

BREC is a horrible realty company. I highly recommend using anyone else. They are extremely mismanaged and just want your money. Their lease language is predatory and outdated. They take advantage of young, naive renters mostly students. Please look else where for your housing needs.
