Boston Store

I was fortunate to find my size in jeans as the remaining stock was quickly vanishing. It's sad seeing a business die. The employees I talked to where very nice and have been there 10-20+ years. I'm having second thoughts on my use of Amazon. if it's going to kill all our brick-n-mortar stores and jobs. It's not worth it.

Although it's going out of business.. I figured the sales would be better? Instead of just 6$ off a pair of jeans they'll probably throw in the dumpster. Who knows. If you find something your size good luck. Lots of cute stuff. And cute bags.

Went on Black Friday for doorbusters deal and the seasonal employee was having a hard time adding coupons to the purchase and reprinting receipts. A manager was alert and aware and immediately came over to assist. Later another manager overheard us talking about an item that rang up at a diferent price than was listed on the rack and she fixed that in the computer as well. Overall it was excellent service.

Did not have what I was looking for in my size. Pretty picked over. Did notice a Keurig at $220, marked down to $110, so they can say it's half off, but really just the same as Kohls/Target everyday price.

I could give it 5-stars if only it featured its own parking lot. Not a fan of driving around looking for street meter parking. Once inside things are nice and relaxing, until you realize you have only 4 minutes left on your parking meter and the cashier wants to tell you stories and you fear the meter maid is counting down the seconds with an evil cadence apologies to the Judy Hops of the world.

Too many sales, coupons but could not keep up with internet, free shipping and their aging base of Gimbels customers, Macy's and Sears. And KMart and Sears aggressively pricing.Did I mention Target, Penneys and of course, WAL MART..

Great customer service! Sue and I walked thru there today and I evidently walked past wet paint, getting it all over my right side. After we re-traced our steps, we found the exact spot. I touched it and it was still wet. I asked to speak to the mgr, because obviously I was pissed as this jacket was in excellant shape. She the mgr on duty was embarrased the area in question had'nt been blocked off to prevent this. She replaced my jacket with a new one and offered to have the damaged one cleaned. In my opinion, she was extremely professional and sympathetic. I was expecting 'confrontation' or defensivness, but she could'nt have been more apologetic. There needs to be more mgrs in the work force like her.

Had great things in the store. Everything is marked down and on sale. Definitely going back when prices drop some more.

I liked Boston Store until they took the kid's clothing section out. Overall I like their clothing, furniture, shoes, perfume & Jewelry.

Discovered it while at an out-of-town conference. Convenient location, a nice big selection, and a great sale going on. Went back another day to take advantage of the sales.
