Boulan Park is very nice. The only bad thing is the poor drainage there, which is very annoying for people who walk their pets on the pathways.
The playgrounds we're kind of far from the bathrooms, parking lots and swings - everything was kind of separate. However, I loved that there were two playgrounds for different age ranges and that the older playground didn't necessarily exclude kids with particularly challenging elements. The turf was nice, but I do suggest a towel to wipe off the toddler slides after rain because it pulls at the top and doesn't drain by itself.
The best park for Troy residence. Lot of outdoor activity including playing soccer volleyball tennis jogging etc... good for outdoor birthday parties community events. You can even play tennis after dark as they provide lighting options. It’s conveniently located at crooks road between wattles and big Beaver Road
It's a park. Tons of grass, lots of parking, plus a few pavilions and assorted sports fields... Not sure what else to say. The location is great for distant visitors, being just off I-75?
Clean and well maintained. Kids play place looks good! Love the walking trail!
Boulan Park is large, clean and has a lot to do, for all ages. There are two large playscapes, one for children under 5 years old and another, for children 5 to 12. There are also pavilions, tennis courts, volleyball courts, softball and baseball diamonds, along with soccer fields.
A great public park. I take my dog on walks here all the time. When my son was younger the play area was a magical place for him. Summer time they have concerts, baseball, cricket, tennis, soccer and people just getting together kind of a utopia. Sometimes a driver might go too fast and parking can be tricky but hey it is for all of us.
I love taking my sons there. They have upgraded the playground. The tennis court area is very nice. They have room for events also. It’s beautiful and I can even get a run in at times.
This park has lots of amenities, an amazing playground for kids, a walking loop on the perimeter, 2 reservable pavilions that get power to them, parking lot, tennis courts, public restroom! I'm sure I'm missing something but the staff was also kind and helpful. Would have loved if we could have driven to the pavilion to unload our vehicle that had party supplies but I also get that this is a public park and we need to maintain access for walking and such.
