Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! They had exactly what I was looking for in stock but would definitely recommend calling ahead, because some other customers encountered the issue of not having their size while I was there. The store was very clean and orderly. Overall a great experience!

I walked in thinking I wanted a specific On shoe for casual running. Evan was super helpful and educated me a lot on the different styles of On shoes and really took the time to let me try on several different pairs and was patient with me. He also did a cool scan of my feet which helped us figure out I actually needed a half size bigger. Would highly recommend going in and trying especially if you interested in On shoes because I have never experienced so much difference in show styles within the same company.
Had a great experience here today. The person who helped me was just fantastic and got me into my first pair of zero drop shoes. He offered great advice for the transition and was patient with me while I tried on a few pairs to find what would work for me. Just finished a 5K in them and couldn't be happier with the purchase. As far as the store goes, it was super clean and the inventory was great! I had to work hard not getting distracted by looking into other gear while I was here. I'll definitely be back to fill future needs! Thanks a bunch!
I came in to buy some Hoka Elevon 2 shoes. I told the sales clerk my size and he returned saying he did not have that size in stock. He did not suggest anything else and so I then asked if he could check the Cherry Creek location. He did and then said he found nothing and that he thought now the shoe is discontinued. The Elevon 2 is a staple of Hoka and Hoka would have made something else in its place if that was the case. The sales clerk was an asian kid who had very poor customer service skills and could have cared less if I was helped or not. His attitude was beyond poor. He needs to be fired. He did nothing to help me. I will never return to this location and found the shoes and my size on the internet so they have permanetly lost my business.I don't recommend this location.
Been doing orange theory for a couple of months now and decided to get some better running shoes. Fleet feet helped out by understanding my needs and addressing all my concerns. They provided a variety of styles and sizes to determine what beat met my needs. Note: For those doing OTF, you can get a 20% discount, just show them a coupon from your studio.
The store and company has been great for years, so I'll give two stars. I had a zero star experience today as the store employee would not give me the time of day. During the ~10 minutes I was there, he helped one person fit shoes and one person who only wanted shoe laces, which the store doesn't carry alone. I did not get a hello, goodbye, anything. Extremely disappointed as I actually wanted to buy shoes and insoles, maybe some leggings and accessories.
