This place is great! We have had two birthday parties here for my daughter 4th and 7th birthdays, they were both WONDERFUL. All private bouncing with your party, two bounce rooms, private party room for pizza/drinks/cake/presents. AND adults can play!!! 100% recommend for a birthday party. Staff is there for questions, they organized everything, I was able to relax and enjoy the party also!
DANGEROUS! They have you to sign these waivers and there is very little oversight. My kid was hanging upside down screaming for help because of one of their rides was so unsafe. Another parent had to go in and untangle about 8 kids. After the accident and the employee finally came over to check, she shut the "attraction" down. I have attached a picture. It was really scary because I had 2 kids to watch in there and unfortunately, it's up to the parent to make sure that the other kids don't slide down on your kids' heads or engage in dangerous activities. Good luck to anyone who wants to tell someone else's child how to behave. In the 2nd and 3rd pics, the cover or whatever came off when my kids were on there. There was 1 employee in each room that has 5 or 6 attractions and how ever many kids are at the event. There was a safety video before you go in, but we were unable to hear it because you watch the video in the noisy lobby. They are destined to have some serious accidents here. I hope everyone who reads this heeds my warning. Best of luck!
Very impressed. Took our 4 year old girl to a birthday party and she had a blast. Very impressed with the staff, as they were able to remember kids names better than I could have. Lots of activities and things to jump on and off and slide down and climb up. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Bounce-U in Chesterfield! We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday at Bounce-U last weekend. From start to finish the party planning process and overall experience was amazing. Chris helped me with the planning process, and he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. "Poppy" and "Tweety" were our party helpers. They were absolutely fantastic! They both made our party a special experience for our daughter and her friends. Initially I was worried about the cost, but Bounce-U offers affordable party packages that include everything. All we had to do was show up and the staff took care of the rest. If you are looking for a fun place to have a birthday party, or special event for kids Bounce-U Chesterfield is the place to go!
After my kid insisting for months that they have their birthday here, I decided to give it a try. I was very happy with how easy it was to plan my party and I loved that the staff took care of everything for me! The staff were very friendly and helpful towards the younger kids. It was super nice to have them handle everything and get to relax and just have fun with my child. Afterward, all of my child's friends were begging to have their birthday party there, and I definitely would come back for another of my kids parties!
This was our 3rd or 4th visit as host/guests to this BounceU. The place was clean, the instruction video clear on expectations, and the party guides smiling. It seemed all the children had fun with only the normal momentary tears. My only tiny criticisms would be to have the balls in the jump area in the first play zone and to turn the movie of the kids on earlier in the party room.
Amazing experience, staff was great and super friendly, kids loved them. Would definitely recommend having a party here, they do everything for you so it’s super easy and the kids all had such a great time
There were trash in the inflatables, hair pins, hair ties. Look like they don't clean them often. The whole place looks not well taken care off. Left before the paid hour was up. The old sir in the reception doesn't have people skills and wasn't amicable at all. Need another person for the front desk.
The staff was amazing!!! Our 2 party host did an amazing job of interacting with the kids and went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a good time.
This was my first time at BounceU. My 5 year old daughter was invited by a friend and didn’t know many people. Mr. Bluey, a young man helping with the party, saw my daughter was scared and helped her go down the slide. On the way home she talked about the birthday boy and Mr. Bluey. Way to go! We will be back!
