This is a nice place for kids birthday parties. They have good variety of bounce floats. However the party room are so outdated and doesn’t give any celebration feel. Would like if they work a bit on the decor of the party rooms and upgrade them

Great place for kids parties. BounceU did a great job hosting my daughter’s party! The hosts were attentive and kept all the kids in-line. All the kids and parents had a great time. I 100% recommend this place I’d you’re looking for a place to have your child’s party.
Went for the first time for a birthday party. We were considering hosting a birthday party here, but did not care for the overall demeanor of the staff. The place itself was okay, but they were not very mindful of children with sensory issues.
Loved the idea of celebrating kids birthday in a unique way. The staff gives special attention to each kid and their entertainment. Parents can chill in the meanwhile and attend their gussets and enjoy! The food arrangements and the cake cutting is perfectly done. Alongside the rooms are awesomely decorated and well equipped for kids time!! It’s nice to give this place a try for birthdays or events !!!
Great place. They require reservations for free time which is great as it limits the amount of kids that can be in there. They have helpers so you do not have to climb things with your little ones. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this for a rainy day or Birthday party. My kids 3,6, and 9 all enjoyed themselves....
They get five stars based solely off service alone! The employees were nice, communicated effectively, and moved us through each station swiftly. The birthday party that we experienced was great! They have different rooms for kids to bounce around. It's literally like a kingdom of bounce houses of all different shapes and makes! Best part is, your party is the only party going on for whatever time you set. That's great so that your party isn't saturated with a bunch of different kids running different ways. I do wish they had more activities arcade, some kind of touchscreen/interactive game, etc but I can't knock them for what they were established for.
The place is fun and the kids enjoyed the bounce rooms, but the time is definitely too short! The whole experience was very rushed. We were rushed out of each room. Our birthday boy went out to the lobby and played the riding car, the staff said he would miss the his cake time if he didn’t come back right away. They don’t care about your experience, they only care how to stack more parties to make money. We spent $460+ to be rushed out. You would think with the money spent, the kids would at least get an hour and half bounce time, one hour party time.
Fun for kids. Easy for parents. The workers there are super engaging with the children
Awesome set up! Multiple private rooms for the kids to enjoy. Went for a birthday party and will definitely be having our son's there next year!
