Bourassa's is a family owned and run hardware store in the North End of New Bedford, Mass. It has been in the Bourassa family for several generations. Bourassa's has an eclectic assortment of goods and tools for both inside and outside projects. They are part of ACE Hardware.

Is this place going out of business? Do they frequently stock shelves? Very dissatisfied

Its a shame they don't restock often as it shown on their website.i go to rocky's after that they do restock & has it.

F family run store for generations service is always good and accommodating it's not like the big discount places they work with you and find what you want and order it if they don't have it I will hate to see you go because somewhere along the line the brother and sister that runs it will probably go but it's really a good store

This is literally one of the last ol tyme mom n pop hardware stores that still looks ,feels ,and smells like nostalgia. Great service and always go outta their way to help you .

Been going there for over 50 years. Loyal customer. Always have what I need,  and if he doesn't have it, he will order it for you asap.

This is an awsome place ,staff is friendly and knowledgable , it is a one stop shop all  , i'm always coming in here for stuff and they always have what i need ,excellent place

A traditional local hardware store. In my experience, the staff is very knowledgeable. If you can't find something that you need for a restoration, they might just have some in the back. Bourassa's is old school because they've been here for decades. It's a great example of why we must support local businesses like this.

Very friendly staff Mr Bourassa is an awesome person still family owned and you can find alot of stuff you need there it saves a trip to home Depot or Loews
