Lys, she is so friendly and helpful, we really like it.
Bad customer service ! The person who was working Saturday 07/16 after noon was unprofessional. I asked to try a sunglasses. So the person opened the glassed closet and gave it to me . When I tried it , I did not like , so I asked to return it since I will not buy it. I was surprised , that person changed to a stupid aggressive facial expression and took the glass with an Impolite manners and left far without showing interest that I can try another one.
Absolute pure trash of a store. Sold me 300 dollar defective glasses, I brought them back and the cashier told me that because it was a 3 piece arm was the reason why the screw wouldn't stay fixed to the frame. She neglected tell me about the no return policy when I bought the glasses, stating that it was on the bill, which she didn't give me. The only receipt she did give me was a debit transaction, which wouldn't make a difference anyway because you only see the bill after you bought the merchandise. There is absolutely no signage in the store to state the return policy. This store is on the grift, will be taking it up with consumer protection.
Waited to be asked by the store clerk if I needed to see any glasses, but she ignored. I politely asked her if she can help, she told me to wait as she was just standing between 2 customers who were deciding on a pair of glasses. She could have showed me what I wanted but she chose to just stand there listening and watching the other clients as they spoke amongst themselves. Never going to that store again!
Two ladies were at the store when I went today with a made up decision to buy Yasmine was very nice and professional. However the other older lady there, extremely rude and upset that I didn’t buy from her. I guess they work on commission because the minute she noticed that it was a done deal with Yasmine, she was answering her questions with a bad attitude.
I bought a watch here three months ago. The link of the watch broke right by the face of the watch as I was taking off my jacket. I go back to the store the guy takes a hammer doesn't protect my watch at all!! he hits it a few times and come to the conclusion it's broken.. tells me it'll cost to repair it. as he hit my watch with the hammer it chipped the glass and tell me its not his problem. and the owner will be there at later but he'll say the same thing to me. A watch that's over 300$ shouldn't break while you take your coat off and if you clearly don't know what you're doing don't hit my watch with hammer unprotected AND chip my watch and tell me its not your problem. The people who work there are extremely rude and un experienced. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE. WORST STORE EVER TO BUY WATCHES OR SUNGLASSES. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Real bad qualiy watch, they made me pay for reapair even though i have a warranty, even after that the wtach wasn't working. I had to call the brand of the watch to get the warranty, and i had no problem they sent me a new watch in about a week. Don't ever go to Key West please
Place was closed during working hours, with a paper on the door saying 10 min and will be back, I came from Vaudreuil, I stayed an hour and half. No one came to open the store.
Very bad experience with this store, last week I bought a sunglasses from this store and I ask the girl about returns policy and she lie to me , she said you can return and exchange, the day after I went there to return it but she said we can’t return just exchange , she is a big lier the girl , never gonna come back to this store
the lady worked there told me she doesn't have time to help me with adjusting my watch's bracelet. That was only 4pm, and just me in the store.
