Laser Tag will be closed April 22-June 19, 2018 during the renovation.Crash McClain's is our in house bar and grill serving up all your favorite foods. Great staff and excellent customer service. The alley was really clean and the staff was very attentive. Our group had a great time and appreciated the friendliness and patience of the staff from the front desk to concessions to the arcade to the lane attendants.
The bowling alley ball returner wasn't working on our lane, so they moved us to a new lane. The same issue occurred on the new lane. We asked for our money back because we hadn't even made it through one game and the lady at the counter said she could give us a rain check. I asked if the ball returner was actually going to work the next time we showed up and she said "well I don't know." I said I'd rather just get my money back. I was told they couldn't do that, they could only give us a rain check. This is on a Friday night and we were the only ones in the bowling alley. Sadly to say crawfordsville will be losing this activity because poor customer service and equipment that doesn't work properly. For being the only customers here we shouldn't have to keep asking for our balls to be returned when there are 5 workers. We also had a child with us and she planned to do the arcade and they shut it down early on us. She couldn't even enjoy the arcade like we told her when we walked in, it was open then and closed right after.
We took our great grandsons to play Lazer tag and they loved it. The only thing that was a problem is that they started getting so busy and didn't have enough help.
We did the ultimate package laser tag birthday party and it was a blast everyone had so much fun even the adultsand the staff was Friendly
Always love visiting Plaza Lanes. The facility is always clean, including the restrooms, the employees are really friendly and helpful, and there's more than Bowling! Something for everyone: Bowling, Lazer Tag, Arcade, Snack Bar, also has a Bar attached but it's separated by doors and windows so kids can't/won't go in it. They have daily specials on Bowling Games. Allow you to have birthday parties, etc... Very family friendly, family oriented. Moderately priced. But with a different special, every day of the week, there's always an opportunity to save money on Bowling Games! Our family doesn't go there as much as we used to, but we still go when we can And we all enjoy it. Definitely reccomend if you're in the Crawfordsville area and looking for something to do, or a place to bowl!

Nice arcade , new pay system . Unfortunately no more tickets or tokens . About 10-15 games . 3 were broken but overall fun
The people are AWESOME but the facilities are lacking.
Saturday nights 9 to 12 are our favorite here 13$ a pc for 3 hrs of bowling and as many games as you can get in. They do have a place to buy pizza and drinks and the normal cheese sticks nachos and cheese. They do serve alcohol.
The bowling is pretty decent and they have a sizable lasertag place as well. I enjoyed my visit
