Bowling IQ

Been going there for over a year now. Everything has only gotten better for me. Kenny and the staff are very helpful. Pointed me in the right direction for me and my coworker. My average has gone from 112, to around 185 I'm a casual bowler. Can't recommend them enough.

Came here today to get my ball drilled. Mitchell not sure if I spelled the name correctly was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm extremely satisfied with how the ball came out to be and the great service, will definitely be coming back here if I ever need to drill a ball again.

I came in to look at bowling shoes and I was incredibly disappointed with my visit to this store. I was the only customer in the store and the employee that came over to talk to me was extremely rude, and the other didn’t bother to talk to me. I told him I was new to bowling shoes, looking to learn about right handed shoes. I added that I wanted to spend around $100 and then he clearly didn’t want to give me the time of day. He directed me to the cheap $50 shoes and told me they didn’t have any right handed shoes in my price range. I looked around the shoes for a little while after he left and I found and tried on several right handed bowling shoes that were within my price range. There were also a few he probably could have upsold me on. I certainly won’t be coming back to spend my money here, and I don’t recommend you go in there unless you’re a pro because I guess that’s the only people they want to help. If management would like to resolve this I’d be happy to give more information.

They did a great job on plugging my ball, one star less for no longer offering open bowling

This is the best bowling shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and patient, especially to individuals just starting out in the sport. I would recommend for everyone to go here. The atmosphere is also excellent, and you can find everything you need here.

This place is truly amazing. I went here thinking it was a bowling alley with a pro shop. Man was I mistaken. It is a pro shop with 8 lanes. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I bought a ball, bag and other items and was not raked over the coals. They took the time to listen to my needs and amount of use I would be getting and from there they found the best ball and value for me. They could have pointed me to a $300 ball and I would have spent it. But they got me what I needed to get me started back in bowing. And I appreciate that there are people who make it a customer based experience and not a transaction based one. I will be back for sure.

Kenny was amazing. Went in with my daughter because she wanted a purple hammer. After taking with Kenny we decided to go home and come back with her current balls so he could watch her bowl and recommend a ball based on how she bowls and what type of ball action she wanted in her new ball. He took the time to talk about the current setup on her ball and how possibly it was drilled not as aggressive as it should be, but also gave my daughter some pointers as well. In the end he recommended a slightly less expensive ball+ and something that will work for what she wants. Definitely will be coming back to bowling IQ.

Mike took excellent care of us, drilled new ball on the spot. New shoes and bag for an amazing price. Made sure I was happy with the ball and drill. Awesome warranty to come back if needed repairs or drilling.

Great service. I was really excited to get a new ball today and they were very knowledgeable and quick with helping me pick it out and getting it drilled. They also let me try it out on a lane before I left, and I definitely have to adjust my game to accommodate the hook the axiom offers but the grip felt great! Thanks guys
