An absolute gorgeous of a place that is well maintained. As part of a company event, we had a bowling night with food and drinks. Decor - fantastic. The alley and the arcade well designed. Drinks - great, especially the draft beer. Service - friendly. Food - satisfactory. Improvements - the POS system quite often kept skipping a turn for many of our players. That was definitely a bummer for the competitive team spirit. Overall, a great place to spend with friends, family and colleagues.
This was our first time coming to this bowling alley for a birthday party. My boys had soo much fun. They were able to play in the arcade for a hour, then a game of Lazer tag and then bowl. The food was pretty good and came fast. The staff was really nice as well. I will definitely visit again
My party and I were charges $40 each for 2 hour bowling when the deal was $25 unlimited bowling not advertised. When we asked the manager James to explain all he would say was that we need to read our bowling contract. He absolutely refused to accommodate in any way. I also asked why there was a 20% service fee added to the bar tab and all they could explain was “because we performed a service” even though we had to get up and go to the bar. Very terrible service and rude staff all around.
If you just looking to have some fun it is good. Lanes have no oil so don't even think about curving the ball. Way over priced as well. It was 13 a per person per game. I have my own shoes but buddies had to pay another 7 for shoes. That 20 bucks for 1 game. Most places I go are 5 per game and 5 for shoes. And lastly, there is no pin setter. The pins are on a string so there is no messenger pin action. For non bowlers that mean the pins will not bounce around as much as if they had a pin setter/sweeper. The only positive thing it had going was the all the stats with your ball speed and such. Not going back
Honestly, I didn't know how to rate this place. There are constant problems with the pins and the lane, and where you keep score, you name it. Food costs an ARM and a leg when you order from the lane. But I like the environment and everyone who works there seems friendly and approachable. The bar service is abysmal, even though there were only 2 people there. The bartender needs customer service training. Seriously. The restrooms were clean, and the music wasn't terrible. Parking is amazing, and I see myself going back there again.
This place has been through a massive upgrade. The last time I was here was about 10 years ago and it was a dump. Now, there’s a great arcade selection, laser tag is fun and countless tvs to watch sports while bowling. Great atmosphere and great service.
i was very excited to walk into this place and bowl with my boyfriend. there was a sign that said “check in” and had an arrow pointing towards the register, so we went behind the next person in line. there was also a shoe return line, and then a random line. we tried to decipher which line was for which, but what we did was look at the sign, and followed that. i might add that there was also only one person working at the register. we stood there in this line for 10 minutes before another person came and took a register. he asked us how we were and we replied, then the people in the random line started giving us attitude and saying no, giving us dirty looks, when we had no idea that was the actual line. people do not follow directions. we just followed the sign. we then went to the back of the line, and stayed there for 20 minutes before leaving. they were helping the exact same customer for 20 whole minutes. staff didn’t seem to care, and customers are rude. bad energy for a fun night.
Had a great time. Most of the kid ramps need repair, but they do have bumpers. Food was good, but food service was a little disorganized...we got our food pretty quickly, but had to ask twice and wait 15 min for our sodas after our food came.
Beautiful place. Staff went for a holiday get together and we had a great time. Food is good and the atmosphere is fun.
We order a southern charm cocktail and it taste like sugary water. I was trying to tell the bartender that I don’t feel the alcohol in the coctel, but she told me that I have to pay more money for alcohol with a unprofessional attitude.
