The personal touch is what sets Bowman & DePree apart. Most out-of-state attorneys won't meet with you before your hearing, and you may be represented by a different attorney than you thought.
When you work with us you'll be getting attorneys who work only with social security/disability cases. We work directly with our clients before the hearing with a judge, and if need be, we might take the case to the Federal Court of Appeals.
Firms from out-of-state may drop your case at the first sign of trouble and in fact may have to. Federal Court appeals need to be filed in the jurisdiction where you live. - Iowa and Illinois - and most out-of-state firms won't be able to push your case as they are not licensed here.
Before you choose a firm to represent you in your hearing, ask how many times an attorney will meet with you to discuss your case, ask how far up the legal chain they are willing to pursue your benefits. Ask us and you'll find you have an attorney who is always at your side.
