The owners were very professional and kind. The prices were beyond reasonable! Jennifer and her husband were VERY helpful and they even offer delivery with a small fee. I would recommend anyone to shop for a new bed there! They were very genuine, honest people.
This is my second time going to purchase from BoxDrop Lynchburg, and again, I left thoroughly satisfied with the transaction. Jennifer assisted me with not only the best use of my funds, but also was savvy enough in the knowledge of the products to help me get exactly what I was after based on my desired comfort level. The pricing is MORE than fair, as we're able to purchase options at sometimes less than half the typical cost of the products. Will definitely be using their services going forward.
We got a good feeling mattress at a discounted price from nice enough people. They do not push their products on you they just show you what they have. One of them helped me with my mattress to my truck without me asking which was very nice. I guess what it comes down to is they were cheap and accommodating with quality stuff. I am aware there isn't much you can say of a mattress store, quite aware as I feel this is all I can.
My fiance and I just moved in our apartment and was looking for a king size bed so badly. When I looked on Facebook and found BoxDrop we were a little doubtful but tried it out anyway. Went to the store, got wonderful customer service from Jennifer, looked at different mattress sets and found one and the price was very affordable especially for a king size. Got it delivered the same day which was awesome service as well. Our bed is so comfortable that we have overslept a couple of times . We are very happy for BoxDrop. Thanks a lot!! Definitely would prefer you to others.
My husband and I absolutely LOVE our new mattress! Jennifer was so helpful and patient as she walked us through their various options for our new king size mattress. I have lower back problems and I’ve slept like a baby every night. We ended up getting a 20 year mattress that will last us a very long time! You won’t find a better place to get a mattress within 500 miles of this place. Jennifer is knowledgeable about all things sleeping and mattresses. You call and schedule an appointment so that you can meet at the store at your convenience. Their prices are insanely low but all of the products and mattresses there are top of the line. Highly recommend!
I ordered 2 twin size mattresses for the 2 additional bedrooms in my new home. The process was super smooth and she was willing to work with me for my back and fourth change of schedule and was able to deliver my mattresses on such a short notice! I will definitely order from BoxDrop Lynchburg when it's time for me to upgrade my twin beds! Thank you so much!

Super sweet people. They showed 4 options of the size of matress I needed, loaded them on my truck and even offered to tie them down for me. Very affordable, quality matresses. Easy experience from start to finish! THANK YOU BOXDROP LYNCHBURG! When we need matresses, we will know where to go!
