Randi and John were our 1st stop in a long journey of furniture stores. They had the best price hands-down and are the nicest, most warm, genuine, and honest people. We went to Rooms To Go, Ashley, BT Furnishings, Canales, and came back to them. From now on we won't go anywhere else. Ordering was super simple and our furniture, to our delight, arrived earlier than expected. Delivery was white glove, they were careful, knowledgeable, and quick. Can't wait to do business with Randi and John at BoxDropnRowlett again!!!

Meh. I thought this might be a good place to find an inexpensive mattress. I also thought they were exclusively carrying overstock or closeouts, which was why their prices were lower, but I was assured they don't. Not sure if I believe that. Admittedly when asked, they push a brand named Sapphire but they did have a few Serta. They have hybrids, memory foam and some legacy styles. I'm not sure what turned us off. Maybe it was the lack of knowledge by the salesman when asked about specifics on a mattress. Maybe it was the open air warehouse or the unprofessional appearance of the office and the staff. Everyone was nice but we just ended up going somewhere else.
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Boxdrop Rowlett and I must say, it was a truly very good experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made the process of finding the perfect mattress so easy and enjoyable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget. The delivery to my home in Plano, TX was also a breeze. I've been sleeping on my new mattress for a few weeks now and it's been a game-changer for my sleep. I wake up feeling well-rested and refreshed every morning. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new mattress. The combination of great customer service, a wide selection of high-quality products, and excellent value make it the best place to shop for a mattress in my opinion. Thank you very much Boxdrop.
