This has to be the most inconsiderate trucking company. If you really don’t like your neighbors you should use them. We have a fairly busy alley in Chicago's downtown many trucks use all day long. NO truck ever blocks the Alley except Boyer and Rosene. They not only block entrance to condominiums but make so delivery truck come in one side of the alley and have to back up and go around to deliver on the other side of the alley. Asked to move, they won’t. They have been moving this office for over a week. Everyone should send them a message about being rude and not use them

Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage Bekins is the worst company you could hire for a move. Our experience has proven this. We hired Bekins to move us from Bolingbrook, IL, to Fort Mill, SC. First, they missed their estimated delivery date by over a week. Second, they over charged us for our move and did not find the mistake until we forced their hand. Finally, they have denied all of our claims for damage done to our property during the move. Do not hire this company. They will absolutely find a way to over charge you and take advantage of your situation.

We used Boyer-Rosene Bekins for our household move Oct 8, '21. We were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire crew. They took great care handling all of the furniture, boxes, and fixtures. We give them high marks.

I cannot say enough great things about this company, and our movers. Starting with Kelly at the front desk, she is super friendly and personable. She answered all of my questions, and followed through on all the communication and planning to seamlessly coordinate our move. Our movers D, Matt, and John were so awesome! They felt like family from the moment we met them! They were funny, professional, and were so quick in getting all our furniture and belongings quickly and safely from one house to the other. They were on time, efficient, and made what could be a complicated process, so easy and effortless. We will definitely be using them again in future moves!
