If I could give a negative rating for this place of incompetent, ignorant, uncaring, useless staff I'd give it because this place is the worst, ever. My whole family and I have been going here for a long time since moving to PA, but since I hadn't been there in twelve years they won't see me, won't accept my insurance and they don't accept new patients, how stupid! What kind of clip joint are they running here?! Do you have to be dying on your death bed to actually get an appointment to see these people? The place is an absolute joke, can't even get anyone on the phone either. Not recommended; tell your friends, tell your family, tell social media to not go here, don't waste your time!

Patty was ignorant. Talked over me & told ME after evaluation, she'll then send me to Pottstown! WTH?! Wouldn't schedule me ahead etc... Went elsewhere & received excellent service. They booked me for 3 weeks in advance.

Dr Petruso is great but rest of the office not so much. Will be switching doctors after my 6 month appt beginning of November.  The people who work there have no compassion for anyone who is sick and they should be working in another field.

Patty is great, Dr. P she could use some bedside manners, Dr. B does he still work there you make an appointment to see him and it gets canceled have been going here for over 20 years it’s hit or miss

Not accepting new patients right now. Ok. Good bye. 1 year later... still not taking new patients. What a joke. I know people have died since, there should be some openings.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The receptionist was rude right from the get go when I made an appointment after having not been there for 7 years, saying “they’d have to put me in as a new patient”, okay cool do it, isn’t that your job? So unorganized and unprofessional. I waited for 45 minutes and then spent an extra 20 minutes dealing with their mistakes on my insurance. I saw the CRNP and she wasn’t bad but I don’t think I’ll be going there again.

would give zero stars if possible the receptionist is rude. treats people badly. has been nothing but rude since I got here, said she couldn't get ahold of my doctor until I called and got ahold of them. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE and will NEVER come back. PLACE IS A JOKE.

Some of the staff is exceptionally rude here! They DO NOT care about their patients, and they have sent me to get routine blood work & messed up the coding 1st time, sent me back again saying they sent it directly to Lab Corp & they never sent it. Both times I have fasted & adusted my work schedule to go, then had to try again for time #3...frustrated to say the least! When I spoke with staff at Boyertown medical, they never apologized for the inconvenience & acted annoyed with me! Super rude and I will definitely be switching to a new doctors office. I think this office is too busy & in over their heads with patients that the quality of the practice has diminished immensely. I do not think they realize how bad it really is...such a shame!

Avoid at all costs. Staff is rude and they don’t even act like they care. They say they need 48 hours for a prescription refill, I give them 48 hours and then stop in to get the refill because they never called me back and then they tell me I need to schedule an appointment before I can get a refill. They never call you back or keep you informed and they make up new policies as they go along. I stood at the window for five minutes before the two miserable women could literally even acknowledge me.

I've read a lot of poor reviews but I don't think they were necessarily fair. From my experience the office staff sometimes leaves a little to be desired.  However the doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners are top notch, friendly, professionals that truly care about their patients. I'm thankful that my families health care is in such capable hands. And if I was to just rate the practice solely on the doctors, I would have given this review 5 stars.   Thank you Boyertown Medical Associates.
