They had the part we needed for our outdoor wood furnace and also for our indoor furnace. We've shopped here for parts several different times and are thankful to be able to find the parts we need locally.

This is your go-to place for all indoor and outdoor plumbing supplies plus even more! They hold a ton of stuff here. You name it they most likely will have it. Been in excavation and septic install/repair for many yrs and this has been our main supplier for as long as I can remember! Friendly helpful and knowledgeable people!

This store has items that your local hardware or 'box' store just don't carry. Plus most of the staff is very knowledgeable. My only negative is that they are high priced on some things. I was there for a UV light for my water system and they wanted $80. I got the exact same thing at Amazon for $32 with shipping. Not a problem for myself because I am willing to "price shop"; and sometimes I am willing to pay more if I want/ need it right away. Just something to be aware of when shopping at ANY old style specialty store. Sometimes you do better on the internet sites.

Great place, friendly people, they are pretty quick about getting you what you need material wise or answers wise.

Poor customer service today....I say that as we were never actually able to get in. We called asking if they had something in stock, told them we were coming to get it, got there just a few minutes before noonthe closing time, doors were already locked and someone even SAW us standing there. Maybe next time we will actually get in and if so I can change the rating to reflect

Quality products but I had an account there for years before I got smart and started price shopping. On comparable merchandise they are 25-100% higher than reading foundry.

There is much to be said for staff that knows their industry and their products and a company standing behind the products that they sell. I appreciate the small town feel of Boyertown Supply-with the support they offer to the contractor if we ever have a problem with a part or piece of equipment.

Great on the phone. Helped me out in pinch right before closing time.
