I was able to move/make an earlier schedule time on the same day. Yes, there's bound to be waited for a while but it's for updating your patient profile, I assume. For me, everything went smoothly.
This has to be the worse place ever! Do yourself a favor and find some where else to go. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff is nice, but from the wait time and overall, service it’s 0 out of 0!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The appointment was for 2 pm on a Friday, I arrive on time and wait. I was was not seen until 3:40 pm where they took an x-ray. I was then told to wait 30 minutes to see the dentist. It's now 5:10 PM, and no dentist in sight. Everyone else in the waiting room was annoyed as well. This office is TERRIBLY managed! They make their patients spend 3+ hours just waiting for what should be a routine check-up. I am NEVER returning and I suggest you all stay away too until they resolve their terrible scheduling system that results in these egregious wait times.
I would highly recommend this Dentist Office. The staff is very professional and friendly! The office is clean and they work with your insurance company to help you get the most from them. Thank you everyone at Boynton Dental!
Dr Sahaballa is the best! I have really bad Anxiety she makes it so relaxing and painless! And Mona such a beautiful person in and out and will help u with anything u need help with! I LOVE IT THERE! I travel 2 hours just to see them And all the dental assistant ladies have beautiful attitudes and beautiful personalities u will live it there I guarantee you
I had a little doubt about going to the place due to the comments I read. Thank God, I was very well cared for.
I went in for a cleaning this morning, and let me just say that i've had plenty of decent cleanings and i am familiar with normal procedure and the cleaning that he gave me lasted not even 10 mins. It was rushed and he didnt even go beneath the gumline at ALL. He told me they dont use the hand scaler unless its a deep cleaning but a standard cleaning consist of both one to loosen and one to remove. They were just rushing people in and out. Not very thorough or efficient. Seems like they are just trying to get PAID.
Been coming here for 3 years so far all good. You need an appointment so call before just walking in and expecting to be seen. I go every 6 months to make sure no cavities and free Cleaning
The whole staff is nice and kind, they’re very professional and work around your schedule. Update 4 years later I had a route canal done here, the temporary crown they gave me I had it for like a year, cause of covid, when I went to get the permanent one in place, I asked the dentist to revisit the route canal to make sure it didn’t get infected, especially caused the temporary crown came off numerous times. The dentist replied “NO ITS NOT NECESSARY” and put the permanent crown. Not only it looked HORRIBLE! It felt wrong!! 2 years later I had to get the crown removed!!!!!! And now on that side of my mouth I basically have no teeth! Not to mention that I’m still paying out of pocket for that crown cause I had no insurance at the time. The dentist isn’t taking responsibility for this and it’s very disappointing!!! I’ve been trying to talk to them but it seems they never return my calls!! The Spanish staff is really sweet though but the dentist which there’s a lot of them in and out of there not professional or caring enough.
Scheduling was way off, but love the dentist. Answered all my questions , took her time to clearly explain. Had x-rays, teeth cleaned, n filled my filling all in one visit. The bonus to this was that she had a great hand. I didn't feeling the shot or her working on my tooth. I'm not a fan of dentist but I will be keeping. Let me not forget the front desk who called me back to accommodate my schedule, was pleasant by keeping me informed as I waited.
