I came in with a courage the cowardly dog hole through my tooth left canine First I want to say that the place was clean and friendly from the moment I came in. Usually getting a shot in the front of your mouth is a terrible experience. I think it’s the worst spot to numb. I felt barely anything. Not just from the shot but the whole time! They worked with me on a treatment plan that worked for me with my insurance, and my pocket. I can smile again and it’s because of everyone there. I highly recommend making this place your primary dentist
Wonderful staff, great vibes and very personable, knowledgeable, dentist. I didn’t feel like anyone was rushing me through and was well informed about everything. 10/10!
The dentists here are garbage. My mother went in to have a tooth coated in an enamel. They chose the wrong color and completely destroyed the look of the tooth. Now one is darker and more yellow then the other. DO NOT GO HERE! They will destroy the look of your teeth.
I went to see Dr. Bowen for an emergency tooth extraction. I live in North Dakota but due to a complete lack of adequate dental services, I decided to go all the way to Bozeman, MT. He was able to get me in immediately and what we thought would be a simple extraction turned into a pain. And he even saved one tooth that I was going to have removed!!!! I felt really bad but Dr. Bowen and his wonderful staff made me feel safe and calm and they were not irritated at all!!! The office is very inviting and the couch is so comfy! Super clean and new. It's been 4 days and my gums are healing nicely despite the incredible amount of work he had to do to get my tooth out. I will go to him for all of my future dental work and my family's. I highly recommend Bozeman Family Dentistry!!!
Beware!!!! Bozeman Family Dentistry took advantage of my son going to college. They appear to be nice people and I have no complaint with their work. However, for a simple exam and cleaning, they charged us $500.00. They tell you that they don't have any contracts with insurance providers and, therefore, don't have to follow any conventional billing programs. Just be aware that they will screw you when they send the bill. They also refuse to collaborate when the absurdity is brought to their attention.
Talented, kind, thorough, patient, and gentle: this is Dr. Bowen in spades! Dr. Bowen is the best dentist I've ever been to. He and his staff are knowledgeable, truly caring, friendly, and accommodating. I was really listened to and my "story" of past dental difficulty was treated with understanding and respect. Because of this, my initial apprehension just faded away and was replaced with relief and a sense of wellbeing. Dr. Bowen and his entire staff not only put me completely at ease but the treatment itself was virtually painless. Truly extraordinary. I think that Dr. Bowen is just one of these gifted people who has so much to offer to so many, on so many levels, and does it so well. And, he has chosen excellent assistants and support staff thank you, Sheila. I am so thankful to have found him. Bozeman Family Dentistry is the best!
Dr. Bowen and the rest of the staff were great! I was very nervous going into the appointment but he took the time to explain all of the procedures and he really puts off a good vibe to help calm my nerves. Nancy was also very friendly and helpful on the way out. I have finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with!
Everyone was extremely friendly. I went in for my annual cleaning and couldn’t be happier. I have had a tough time finding a good dentist in Bozeman and am so glad I found them! Highly recommend you go see Bozeman Family Dentistry and ask for Keeley as your hygienist!
Dr. Bowen and his team are exceptional- very efficient service from the moment I walked in the door. Each staff member is educated and very helpful. Dr. Bowen was incredibly kind and patient with me, explaining and clarifying, answering all my questions and setting my nerves aside with his humour. They worked within the limits of my insurance, which is always appreciated. I will absolutely return here and will recommend this office.
I booked my appointment with Bozeman Family Dentistry because they were one of the very few dentists in town that were considered a 'preferred provider' under my insurance. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Bowen and his team were great - kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. After my appointment, I emailed them to request a referral be sent to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. A minute after I sent my email to their office, I received a response that Dr. Bowen would send one today. And almost instantly after that, I received a personal email from Dr. Bowen that he sent the referral and X-rays over. Not only does Bozeman Family Dentistry provide a great service, but their customer service is exceptional as well.
