If you are looking for professional, caring, and a compassionate medical staff to take care of your personal urgent health care issues, then the Sugarland Urgent Care Center is where you want to go. It became more evident that I needed medical attention while visiting Sheridan, Wyoming. I was seen immediately and treated for several days and was then able to return home to Bozeman, feeling better and confident in the care received. Thank you! Gailmary Harper
I had a significant injury the first day I arrived in Montana. It was also the first day of my 10 day vacation that I had planned and anticipated for quite a longtime. I reside in Pennsylvania so I am far enough away from home to be concerned, very concerned actually about my medical issue as well as the quality of my trip due to my injury. I was lucky to happen upon BestMed Urgent Care. The entire staff from start to finish were not only courteous and professional they were also caring and compassionate. They truly do care and it shows. I highly recommend them!
This place sucks. The front receptionist was extremely rude to every person who came in. Then a man came in, stated he had tested positive for Covid. They then advised him to sit down in a 9 person waiting room, with me. What happened to Covid precautions?! I complained to the nurse once I went back to the room and she said “we can only control so much. We advise people wait in their car if they’re positive for Covid” I let her know the man was not advised to wait in his car, they just told him to take a seat. And also, you can control that because there has been many times since Covid you have to wait in your car at the doctor or dentist. Will not be going back here.
This is the second time I've visited the clinic this year while visiting our kids in Bozeman. Both times I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff front office and back office. Little touches like water for the customers and candy by the front desk go a long way in making up for needing to visit an urgent care clinic while on vacation! With both of my visits, I was treated by a knowledgeable Dr/PA and sent on my way.
Receptionist and nurse were great, personable, understanding and listened.. Dr, not so.. In and out in 3 minutes, didn't listen to my concern and had an incorrect diagnosis which led me to the ER in the middle of the night. Definitely not impressed and will not return.
I visited this urgent care since my usual health care provider was closed for the weekend. This was my first visit to a BestMed clinic, and I was quite pleased. The receptionist, nurse, and Doctor, were all kind, professional, and good at their jobs. They effectively diagnosed and recommended treatment for vertigo.
I really appreciate how kind and professional everyone was. I was pretty apprehensive going in because I've bad experiences with medical staff before but not once during this visit was anyone dismissive or judgemental. Everyone was very compassionate and I'm really grateful.
Thank you for getting me checked in and seen super quick. Very kind and helpful staff. Will be using their clinic again.
I’ve had the misfortune of paying a few visits to BestMed, but I’m so grateful they’re around. They’re affordable for self pay people like myself, get me right in, and take incredible care of me. They even were able to call around and get me into an MRI same day as my walk in.
I had the pleasure of visiting the clinic for a quick work comp visit. Everyone was very professional and kept me informed the entire time. The x-ray was quick and painless and I got in and out of there pretty quick.
