I Showed up there tonight because I was literally out of gas and the website says you close at 11 but I got there before 10 and all pumps were shut down and workers were leaving. I tried to ask why they were closed but they kept walking to their cars and ignored me.please can you let customers know on your website if you are closing early. I hope my car makes it there tomorrow and does not run out of gas. Thanks
Scam alert. The owner does’t scan items purchased in the store and charges estimated, illicit fees. They unapologetically committed fraud and were remorseless and discourteous after you point out the swindle. After you ask for individual scanning of items, they refuse to scan and return the surplus.
Nice gas station. Easy in and out, new pumps, great store, ATM available. Gas is a pit pricey compared to surrounding gas stations.
The pump at BP gas stations don't work super well in general and it isn't different here. Convenience store lacks hot food options.
Gas pumps are not accurate. The pump says I pumped 18.411 gallons in a 18 gallon tank. My tank is only a little more than 3/4 in this measured 18 gallon tank. So realistic it pumped about 12 to 14 gallons.
Initially went to pump to use Harris Teeter points. Pump tells me chip error to go inside. I present my card to woman cashier—magically my card works. HOWEVER—this exact same thing happened a couple months ago. At that time I processed my transaction inside after they rubbed their finger over my chip on card. I never have this chip issue with any other merchant. Magically they get card to work again —so I enter in my code for harris teeter points but she tells to pick an amount so she can key in. I tell her I want to fill up my car— They say whatever you don’t use will be credited back to your card. They are liars. They never credited back my $$$ I didn’t use. So when this happened this week. I told them I don’t want to give an amount and explained to them they never issued me a credit for portion un used. Another man behind counter chimes in that could never happen—I replied —so you are telling me I am not telling you the truth?? I said this is a scam. Immediately the lady said your card is working now —go back to pump to process filling up your gas. Buyer beware— The most telling are the reviews left for this establishment—their quality control rep responds on each bad review—I am sorry you had this experience—blAh blAh blAh—and yet No change in their practices. From what I can tell over a 3 year period. These people are rude, hateful and untrustworthy. I will not be back!! This review isn’t worthy of one star. My review is a negative -100.
Scam Alert: I went in the store to get some items. The worker didn't even scan my items, he manually entered them into the system and then all of my cards were declined but they just worked at Harris Teeter and at the pump. This is a scam to get you to pay cash so the worker can steal it. AVOID this STORE!
Great people and facility. Been shopping there for 22 years. They are absolutely NOT open until 11pm on weekdays, so don't be fooled by the internet.
Would give negative number if I could. Car wash malfunctioned today scratching my front quarter panel wheel well and drivers door. Owner/manager was rude and argumentative. He said there was no way the car wash did this. BEWARE of these dishonest people
Just went to use my Harris Teeter points for gas. Keyed everything in at the pump and it instructed me to go inside. Go in and have to key it in again at the keypad in store and they have to put a dollar amount on it. I say $25 and it probably won't be that. They advise come back in for your final receipt. Go in for my final receipt and realize I didn't get my $1.00 off per gallon reward price. They tell me I must have keyed in the wrong number WRONG! I KEYED IN MY RIGHT NUMBER and basically are rude and do nothing to to fix it. Never going back there.
