The BP Gas Station offered standard fuel options and a convenient attached convenience store. The service was adequate, cleanliness acceptable, and prices on par with competitors. Overall, an average experience without any exceptional features.
In addition to the excellent location and the great variety in in-store selection, the staff were kind, helpful and encouraging. I think I will stop here more often :
I used a credit to pay for my gas. The receipt didn't come out at the pump and told me I needed to get it from the cashier inside. When I told the woman inside she was so apologetic when I got a coffee she told me it was on the house. I couldn't convince her to let me pay. What a wonderful gesture!
Careful who you get behind the counter here. The manager lady is great. But I just had an experience where the young woman behind the counter nearly refused to print a receipt for me because I couldn’t tell her which pump I was on. I could point out my car, and she refused to print the actual pump number and printed every receipt from every other pump, said it was too difficult, and gave me dirty looks because I was asking for a receipt. I’m not saying don’t go, but buyer beware
Clean place gas pump was a little slow compared to other gas stations.
I have never used the convenience store, so I am not basing my review off of it. On the other hand, BP gas is considered high quality so I'm basing review off of the fact that this place has lower-than-average gas prices compared to the area on the premium brand name they sell. Be wary the pavement at this station is very bumpy, so if you have a trailer or something raggedy and fragile, be careful. Also, behind the gas station is a very steep downhill dip, so don't take your trailer or any of that back there.
I have used this gas station for a number of years. I switched over to using a BP gift card instead of my debut card for my gas because of credit card skimmers. I have been using it at the pump just like a debut card. Today I went to get gas like normal and it would not accept it at the pump. I went in and I was told I could not use them at the pump anymore. I would have to go in and pay instead of at the pump. This is a waste of my time and honestly has made me decide to start purchasing gas somewhere else. It boggles my mind why I can not use a BP gift card at the pump anymore but you an still pay with a debut or credit card. I will be calling the store manager and district manager to let them know..........................................................................................................................It started to work at the pump and has again for months until yesterday.For months I have used a prepaid BP gift card at the gas pump to pay for gas. And when I tried it the other day it would not let me pay with the card at the pump. I went in and they told me the did not work at the gas pumps and I would have to come inside every time I purchase gas and I told them it had worked that way for months. And then I was told that maybe there was not enough of a balance on the card. I ran into this problem a few months back and the next time I went back it worked at the pump. I am planing on contacting someone over the stores in the area or corporate and let them know what is going on.Someone needs to get a honest straight answer to the issue.
Never met such a rude manager before in my life with tatooes all over her and a very corrupt mouth as i went to the back of the store where sodas are, I overheard her talking to a cashier, who had multi colored hair, the most vulgar words ive ever heard were coming out of her mouth. She should be fired.
Employee's are terrific great customer service
Terrible!!! In with my daughter getting NyQuil for her for a cold, i grabbed an ipa 6 pack . I was told I couldn’t purchase because my daughter was not of age , when questioning and saying I don’t understand I was thrown out of the store.... never be back!!!
