I bought Grizzly here, and it was a lot more than I usually pay for it. Everything else seemed to be pretty much in order. The service here, and at the Dunkin' Donuts what's quick and friendly
I also had the same thing happen with the amusement game. And I also talked to another lady who works at this place and she said that the manager is pocketing the money herself is why she won't give us what we win. I stopped by and got a 32 oz fountain soda and was charged 2.89 for it, this is unheard of. But the manager is a very snotty individual, she is very rude and seems to not like people very much. So she needs to be talked to by the owner cause yall are gonna loose alot of business with the attitude she has! I always stop here whenever I need something but I won't be anymore due to the managers rudness. And she calls the cops on everyone. It's really ridiculous. I really wish there was a number to reach out to the owner cause he really needs to know what is really going on in his store.
I am very upset I come here every day at least once if not multiple times I get gas , buy things from here and I play their arcade amusement games daily… I enjoy playing the games however on January 24 I cashed out with a slip with six dollars and the girl told me that she did not have access to give me the money. The following day she told me the same thing. I went this evening on my way home from work and a different lady was there and she told me I’m sorry the machines have been cashed out for the month of January so you basically are just out of your money. This is not fair or right? I then asked her for the store owners or management information and she told me she could not give me that either? I feel as somebody isn’t willing to help their customers and then obviously why are they even there? Customer service in a establishment like this means millions and obviously the owner doesn’t care to make sure his customers are taken care of accordingly. No matter how much I like coming here eating the donuts or playing the arcade games or the price of their gasoline I will not be back I am very upset ! It’s not the amount of money that they owe me from the game it is the fact of their mannerisms and policies. Why would I want to jeopardize losing more money if this happens again… I hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me
Your prices for food, consumables is criminal. Almost $5 for a box of baking soda. Way to rob the residents of Okeechobee legally. Don't give me that "inflation garbage"! 100% price gouging crooks!
It was a good stop for bp I got gas the dude working was really cool talking to all coustomsrs making them feel welcomed in the store great job
Stopped here to run threw the drive thru to get coffee and parked to use the phone since it is a hotspot 10 min later two cops showed up in big SUVs and asked what I was doing there I told them and they gave us no problem was nice and polite and told me the attendant had called the cops. Be careful of which attendants are working before you stop here!
Not a bad gas station. Usually one oerson trying to do everything. But they are nice and respectful. The gas is great and have a variety of items.
Very friendly cashiers wide variety of groceries and snacks penalty of gas and fuel pumps clean and we'll stocked store
Was waiting for my girlfriend so i could put gas in her car and they called the cops said i was a suspicious person i spent 30.00 for gas and cigarettes just to get pulled over when i left there not happy ill never spend another dime there
the customer service has approved in the past couple months and its nice and clean
