Very nice store! The young lady that's there everytime I go in early in the morning is very pleasant, nice, and has awesome customer service! I pass a few stores just to go to this bp! Great job! Will keep going here!
Great store and also great customer service the manager there is so nice shout out to her and the great team and store !
I'm surprised this place manages to stay open. It's the slowest gas station I've seen in the entirety of Monroeville, and it's not like it's in a slow location. It's right in front of a busy intersection. I once bought almost-expired Turners Tea from here. This tea normally sells fast wherever they are sold. It makes me question the quality of other consumable goods sold here . . . I read another comment here saying the guy told them he does not allow prepayment at the register. He told me something similar, and I must have given him a strong facial expression in reaction, as he then let me purchase gas. He was the first and only person to have ever told me I cannot prepay from any gas station anywhere in the country I've visited. So . . . I recommend just going to any other gas station. Plenty to choose from.
Stopped here a few times while working at a client in the surrounding area. After my first time in the owner, Raja, remembered who I was the next time I stopped by. Every time I was in he was extremely polite, I even had a nice conversation with him the last time I stopped. He was so pleasant I wanted to leave this review after seeing that a few people left some unnecessary bad reviews. Wish the owners of the corner store near my house were this nice!
The time on google and the below review is wrong. As the sign on the door says, they're only open till 10 on the weekends and midnight during the week. I don't know who this lady is, but most people consider it rude to walk into a place 3 miniutes before close. You should already be out the door then. I would never be so rude to the employees here.
Very Discriminatory owner!! I visited this establishment back on Monday November 5th 2018 to purchase gas. Since I was recently a victim of identity theft I felt more comfortable going inside to do my transaction. I approached the owner of the store who was working the cash register. At first he did not pay me much attention and just kept carrying on his conversation with another man. Finally he asked me "may I help you" and my response was that I needed to purchase $10 in gas. Clearly it says on every gas pump please pre-pay or pay at pump! I took a picture of this. Well, the owner refused to provide me service and forced me back outside. When I questioned why he was refusing to assist me he responded by saying "I have been in business for over 30 years and never allowed people to purchase gas."?? I mentioned that I have been to other local BPs and never had an issue with going inside to pay. The owner then states to me "Well we are all independently owned & operated and I could deny service if I wanted!!!!" I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and left at once. In addition, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for unfair practices as well as discrimination since I felt it was because of my color and witnessed other patrons purchase gas inside this station before!! Stop the hate!!
Stopped by this placed yesterday and it's supposed to be open 24hrs but the attendant Kevin was rushing to close to go and watch the fight. He was very rude and let it be known that he needed to be off in 3 mins I started to turn around and leave but I did not and with his rude attitude I made him check me out with the one thing I wanted which was a ginger ale. CUSTOMER SERVICE is Key hopefully he will learn this very soon.
Very nice gas station plenty of snacks and sandwiches to choose from along with your soft drinks good variety Stafford friendly pleasant had a nice greeting made you feel welcome to come to the store not in a hurry not on a cell phone playing video games he was there to do his job and he did it well.
One of the worst gas stations I’ve ever been too. Tried for 5 minutes to work the keypad on pump, never worked, went inside, guys said oh well. I went to GetGo
I love this store. I stop here sometimes on my way to work and the owner is so friendly and goes out of his way to help others.
