I would've given them 5 stars before this morning. The ignorant, impatient slimeball thing they have working in there this morning should not be in service work... 1st of all the thing that's in there this morning had their music so loud that they didn't hear me say I wanted a pack of reds and grabbed a pack of green cigarettes and then when grabbed the reds finally tried to push the order through on the greens while selling me the cheaper reds. Then it tried to get mouthy with me saying very ignorant things because it takes me a few to get my money out. Well I'm a stroke patient and my left side has difficulty. I had been going in there almost daily and given this I will not be back in there to spend my money until the ugly non personable impatient thing is gone.
Eric is the goat and everyone here is friendly, however it sucks that this place closes at 11. i miss pre pandemic bp.
Every time I go there, no mater what CC I use, it says “see attendant.” I take it in stride because it’s really NBD. Today, as usual, it says “see attendant.” I went in and joked to the little guy behind the counter that I have to come in every time because, he’s seen this happen every time and he responds with “no man, just you.” I say something like “I guess I just have bad luck. Must be user error” and he responds with “its your problem” and goes off on me. Really just nasty. I cancel the order and say I’ll use a different station and as I’m walking out he’s screaming sarcastically things like “you have a nice day sir!” The other lady in the store and I were both confused and a little shaken by the whole thing. He just seems to have snapped. I give this gas station a pass because it’s the closest one to my house but the bottom line is the staff look and now act unprofessional, the place is disgusting, the machines don’t work but apparently just for me, and the prices are high. It’s like a little bastion of white trash in the middle of a nice little village. I’d drive another 15 seconds up Bell or 5 minutes down Washington Rd to the better stations. The guy behind the counter seems to be suffering some emotional problems and I don’t want to be there again when he goes off.
Has public bathroom decently clean, has friendly staff, great selection for drinks or food, except the gas is about 8 cent per gallon more than most places because no is the only gas station in chagrin so I would suggest getting gas somewhere cheaper but if you live in chagrin convience will do the trick
the staff here are chill and vibe as hell
