I can't say enough good things about this whole office! Dr. Okunami is thorough, skilled and friendly- he made my Invisalign experience easy and I am so pleased with the way my teeth turned out. The entire staff is always welcoming and happy. They are great with availability and appointment reminders and always made it easy to bring my kids to appointments when necessary.
I finally got my braces off a couple weeks ago after almost 3 years with Dr. Sheldon. I almost never review or post about businesses, but I wanted to make sure that people know about this place. The dental assistants are always kind and cheerful, the staff happily works around your schedule, and they're lenient if you can't make it to your appointment because they know that things happen. When I got my braces off they gave me a Starbucks gift card and a bag of caramel corn to celebrate. I would definitely recommend them for your Orthodontics.
The entire staff at Braces Inc have been wonderful. My daughter and I both are starting Invisalign and we were giving very thorough information before and as we received them. They are very proactive with the process. We are very happy with the service we are receiving.
I am a hard case to manage. I have very badTMJ and Dr Okunami is helping me with it. He and all his staff in Silverdale and Paulsbo are the very best. They work round my schedule. I have even like today had my grankids with me and all are so great with my granbabies. I have had to run in with a wire poking me, they squeeze me in. Awesome!! All are good at their jobs but a good chair side manner is also important. They understand and laugh when with me. This would be a nice friendly place to work. Even Dr Okunami laughs with us. I do and always will recommend Dr Okunami and Dr Sheldon. They all do great work. Thanks for all you do"
My almost 4 year experience, has been up and down. Constant NEW staff that doesn't have much experience, except Amanda. Once you have your first consultant meeting everything they tell will mostly change. There's a lot of extra costs they don't include in the initial price. Everyone IS professional, and friendly. However, BE prepared to get a little Impatient and confused with how the business is ran. Good luck with you 1-4 year journey with Braces Inc in Silverdale.
I had Invisalign for 13 months. My original treatment plan was for 2 years. Used acceledent to speed up the treatment which worked!!!! I am so pleased with the results and that I'm done after 1 year. Acceledent was so easy to use daily for 20 mins and it helped with any discomfort especially after I changed out my trays. I changed my trays weekly verse by-weekly due to acceledent. If your looking toward Invisalign I would highly recommend acceledent to reduce your treatment in half. My son is now using it as he started Invisalign 2 weeks ago and we are looking forward to him being done in 7 months verses 14! The staff here are awesome, so very friendly and I highly recommend Braces Inc as your place to get your beautiful smile that we all want!!! I did and am very pleased!
Always treated well from front to back by everyone in this office. Staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. provides effective results. Scheduled appointments are always on time. Treatment plan was well explained and carried through. Very happy with results.
You may not believe this, but this really happened: My wife has been wanting to have braces for a while. As long as I have known her 18 years she has always talked about braces and how she wants them because of her teeth. So for this last Christmas I contacted Braces Inc. and told them the story. They called her, set the appointment and didn't discuss cost with Jen at all, because she freaks over cost. They got her braces installed and here we are 6 months later and Jen has straight teeth and a more beautiful smile. Nothing in the world is better than a happy wife, but a happy wife with a beautiful smile. Thank you ladies so much for making my wifes day and life much better.
