Bracken Ridge Veterinary Medical Doctor

We absolutely Love Dr.Bracken and all the Ladies that work there. We have never had a bad issue. Both our Dogs are well taken care of.

Dr Bracken was nice the staff I could deal with sometimes rude. As long as things go their way they are okay but if you ask something like can I have a script to go somewhere and find cheaper food and medicines at a different place like Chewy's or somewhere else they refuse to give scripts. Today with the price of gas and their price of food and pet supplies going up. I cannot afford to bring my pet in if anything happens. So I wanted to get the food and medicine and needles at Chewy's and was refused a script. Now my dogs are out of food very low in Vetsulin medicine and about out of needles. All I wanted was to get my pet supply somewhere else so I could bring them there to get the care. I bought their supplies from 8:24/2021 till now and now I can't as of July 17th 2022. Very upset and disappointed done with this Veterinary hospital.

Worst vet I’ve taken my dog to. Overcharged us and desk lady was very rude to my husband when it came time to pay the bill. I also got called a terrible dog owner for not having insurance because we can’t afford to have insurance. Never taking my boy back to this vet. Never been treated so horrible before. Nor did they really do anything for my dog. His condition keeps coming back. Definitely going to a different veterinarian. Not to mention, and the receptionist talked to me like I’m a child. She is highly arrogant and just awful. I have nothing nice to say about her but just wow. She needs a class on how to treat people.

My cat is back to his happy self after getting neutered. I have no complaints

Dr. Bracken was wonderful to us… we brought our dog there with a bad wound in her paw and he immediately took her into surgery and got her all fixed up! There was no waiting around and he genuinely care about animals… we’ve had 2 terrible experiences with another vet and this guy restored our faith in a vet!

Dr. Bracken and his staff did an amazing job with our Rosie during her emergency pyometra spay. Rosie can be a difficult girl and he was very patient with her, and so was his staff. Dr Bracken stayed late to make sure she was okay and let us pick her up far into the evening. Thank you for always taking such great care of our fur kids!

Dr. Bracken is a very knowledgeable, wonderful vet and his staff is very friendly and handles the "patients" well! I wouldn't hesitate to take my pet to them!

I brought my new kittens here for a checkup and vaccinations. The ladies who work here are so nice and Dr. Bracken is great!

Dr. Bracken is an awesome vet. He's helped my bunny a couple times and couldn't be more pleased with his office.

This man is absolutely amazing. My axel boy has never seen this vet til a Saturday morning I woke up and my babyboy was in so much pain he couldn't move I. Allen numerous vets and Noone would see him until we called him. He asked how long it would take to get to his hospital he was there waiting. He did a work up and found my baby had limes disease...he gave him some medicine and also made him comfortable there....I of course was a huge bawl baby and he made me feel at home there...I could never thank this man enough....and he is now my vet of choice
