My husband and I used Attorney Buchanan to represent us on numerous things, my husband had several FTAs for traffic court tickets like 10 or 12 my husband never had to go to court and he got out with paying a little over 400.00 to the courts for plead quilty to a non moving violation. He represented me on a probation violation a few years back for a few hundred dollars and everything was dismissed at court and I left court off probation.  I have recently got into a bit of trouble again, trying to get outta this police state, have sold my house and currently looking to buy somewhere outta this state. However, we fired Attorney Buchanan to represent me for these recent charges as well. I believe that he and Mindy cares about the people they represent and I would recommend Mr. BUCHANAN  for any criminal defense needs that I run into. They are very professional and great priced.

Brad and Mindy his assistant are extremely talented and a joy to do business with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them, do yourself a favor and use Brad for any legal needs .

All I'm going to say is Mr Buchanan is the best lawyer in Alamance and it a good man. Thanks

I'm not sure how to reword every favorable review below, but I'll give it a go-  Mr. Buchanan and staff were extremely professional and RESPONSIVE.  When I first contacted Mr. Buchanan's firm, I was half-expecting to be in a generic cookie-cutter "work-in, work-out" factory situation similar to some other "cut-throat" lawyers out there.  Luckily, that was not the case!  All emails and calls were VERY promptly responded to even when I felt as though a question that I had would be a burden on their time.  Mindy is amazing at her job.  I'm sure she has a flood of cases and communications to work through each day.  At no point did she "drop the ball" and she was always super-responsive sending or calling with responses within a matter of minutes.  Personally, as the recipient of a bogus traffic citation that Mr. Buchanan got dismissed, I highly recommend Mr. Buchanan and his firm.  PS-  Please note:  I VERY rarely leave reviews such as this on Google, Amazon, or anywhere.  However, my experience with Mindy and Mr. Buchanan was tremendous and definitely worth the few minutes for me to write this review.  I hope that it helps anyone out there that might be on the fence deciding between Mr. Buchanan or some other lawyer.

I retained Mr. Buchanan to handle a traffic violation. He charged a reasonable fee & I was elated with the outcome. On his staff, Mindy is professional, courteous and personable.

Mr Buchanan is an excellent attorney that stands by his clients through the whole ordeal of having to navigate the messy, unfair, corrupt, antiquated, backwards I could go all day here so let me stop while I'm ahead, American legal system. Mr Buchanan has so far stood by me and has worked very hard to get my charges dismissed or reduced as much as possible. I am facing a few low-level felonies and thus far, Mr Buchanan has been able to get a plea deal drafted which includes having all of them reduced to misdemeanors, which is great! We haven't taken the offer so far, though, in hopes of maybe getting something better put on the table. Whether you hire him or receive him as a public defender, he's definitely an attorney that will ensure you a fair outcome in court. Thanks for all you have done for me so far, Mr Buchanan, you're awesome. :  End note: Since I have yet to discover the outcome of my case, I'll update this review when I discover my fate.
