I have been with the Brad Kramer American family agency since 97. Great great customer service, always looks out for my best of interest whenever there’s an issue he always on top of it to help me. Whether it be with an accident claim or trying to find me the best rates he can. If you don’t have someone willing to work as hard as Brad doeshe reminds me of The Rock, Hardest Worker in Insurance both day and night, then you need to come to the Brad Kramer agency. I guarantee you, he will treat you as family, even better sometimes. I highly recommend him to all my friends, all my family and now you. Brad is hands down the best insurance agent. He has been our agent for over 10years. He's more like a friend than an agent. He's quick to respond, he went to bat for me when my daughters car was totaled, making sure we got a fair deal. Brad Kramer goes out of his way to get you the best rates possible. Extremely responsive with any questions you ever have. Walks you through the whole process start to finish with ease to help you understand it fully before moving forward whether it being home, auto, or life insurance that you may be interested in. This guy knows what he’s doing!!!!! I’ve been with many different insurance companies in the past and it was always terrible customer service, almost all of their help lines were outsourced to people that English is their second language. Bottom line if you want better rates with better coverage and want to talk to the same knowledgeable person every time about your needs or changes, hands down Mr. Kramer is the way to go.
