I own 2 units. Sold one. Currently in the process of adding a few things to my current unit. When complete, I'm selling and moving out of this park!!

Nice retirement community with nice pool area. Good for summer homes for northerners and Canadians, unfortunately the pool area isn't being as well maintained as it could so that kind of ruins the experience for the northerners looking for a place to live and swim in the summer. It would be better if they replaced the old patio and completely fixed their jacuzzi so that the people who come here for the summer can have a good experience without the jacuzzi breaking down. Hopefully they'll focus on updating this area to attract more people who just want to enjoy the Florida lifestyle by the pool area.

Great park! Clean, friendly and many social activities.

I live there. Nice neat park but certain people there don't know enough to mind there own business . If people just want to be relax and enjoy life this isn't the place. I have great landlord but to many Park rules and they only make certain people obey them.

I will ensure my relatives stay clear of this place. Management is to lax and is now allowing criminals and drug addicts to live here. What ever happened to background checks? It's a shame because this use to be such a nice place. Now you need security cameras and heavy duty locks.

We were denied as short term renters in the park because my finacees credit was below the requirements to "be allowed in the park" even though I was paying the whole 6 months up front and my credit is outstanding. We were not given a chance to explain the horrible accident that destroyed her credit and nearly took her life! Becky was rude, insensitive and uncompassionate to my finace and upset her for days! I understand that this is not out of the norm. Becky, you need customer service training terribly and if your bosses don't fire you I hope they provide this training for you. My fiance and I are good people and we deserved to be treated better than how you treated us.

This is a little hidden place i would have never even known about if it weren't for my grandparents moving in. Its very quiet and thet seem to keep the property pretty maintained. The neighbors seemed friendly. I like That it is a pet friendly park and they didnt seem to have any problem when we brought all of our kids and let them run around the yard.

Generally its a great park but there are always a few that think they own the place. I have a dog & most of the residents don't like dogs & as a result they pick on everything about me & my dog. If you have a dog I suggest not moving in.

I have lived here going on 11 years and within the past 3-4 years, the changes have been simply amazing. My concern after moving here was for my safety as we are inside the City Limits. However, a couple years ago we had the entire Park fenced in and this has reduced unwanted "visitors" to practically zero. As a direct result of this fenced and gated community, the change was almost instant. More people have bought units, both shareholders and renters we are a co-op and more & more folks are renovating their homes. It is almost like a brand new Park again. I would never move from here now. The whole park has been "re-born" and it may have been the best kept secret in Florida but word is getting out pretty quick!!
